If you're looking for a fun & safe experience for your family look no further. From the staff, to the equipment, venue, and entire atmosphere it's a 5/5 rating! From the moment we walked in we felt like family. Our family had the best time. The staff was very friendly and patient to answer all my questions. It was my kids first time riding so I had no idea what to expect. You have to pay for a protective head sock (which I love to keep away the germs) then the kids get to choose their own style of helmet (I love that they have this option as little kids love when they gets a choice in anything). After that you get a safety briefing and then it's off to race & super speedy fun! The owner is a great leader you can tell by the way her employees work and talk amongst each other that she is respected & treats her staff well, she went above and beyond to make sure our daughters first time racing was memorable :) We pretty much had the whole place to ourselves. A big family party had just gotten finished. I notice employees working hard to clean up the area afterwards. The family who had the party looked very happy and all smiles walking out with their own food that they were able to bring. (Again this is an awesome option to be able to bring outside food) Razors is on my list of places to book a future birthday party at for my kids now because of this option. My husband and I work in the service industry that being said it takes a lot to impress us and we we're blown away at how wonderful this experience was. If I were the owner I would be very proud of my business and this place.

This was our first visit to Razor Sports in Kapolei and let me tell you - it absolutely exceeded our expectations. The place had a vibrant energy that my 4-year-old son instantly loved and, as a parent, seeing that pure joy on his face was a priceless moment. What truly set this place apart was the outstanding staff. Each one of them was friendly, engaging, and genuinely interested in ensuring we had a fantastic time. They made our visit not just fun, but truly memorable. Their warm and inviting approach had a big hand in making us feel welcomed and comfortable. We walked away from Razor Sports with fun-filled memories and a promise to ourselves to definitely return. For anyone looking for a great family-friendly spot to have a blast, I would recommend Razor Sports in a heartbeat. Five out of five stars for their exceptional service, fantastic facilities, and for giving us an experience we'll remember fondly.

It's a kart with an electric motor, but it also has a handbrake, so you can enjoy a near-drift driving experience!I'm glad that military discount works too! There are two circuits in the store and they seem to be separated by age and size. Before the race begins, the staff gives a brief lecture, after which the participants get into their cars and the race begins. Once the race starts, there is already a battlefieldHot battles await you.Just kidding. The carts are safe and do not go fast. If you can exit a corner tight and fast with handbrake without losing speed, you may be able to make a reasonable time. If you spin out of control, the staff here will help you out!Is the price range a little high? I thought so, but it doesn't matter as long as I can see the seriousness and smiles on the children's faces‼

As my family and I were planning our visit to Oahu, we were looking for something to do for my nephew's birthday. I emailed this place a few weeks beforehand and they answered all of my questions, no hesitation! When we arrived, it was a little hectic. We had never been there before and there was a lot of people there. There was a separate area that we reserved for our party and our hosts led the way, gave us instructions, and let us go! There was a little track for the 3+ kiddies and everyone else got to race around the longer track. I'm a plus size woman with an abnormally large head, but they were able to find a helmet that fit enough. I think Noelani was our host, but I didn't get the name of the guy helping us. Our hosts were so nice, friendly, and patient with us. They made sure we had charged batteries, they sorted out the "traffic jams" and the music the place was playing was pretty good. They truly made us feel at home and most importantly, they made sure that the birthday boy was always first in line to take off from the starting line. He had a blast! Mahalo so much to Noelani and her co-host. If we lived there, we'd be your regulars!

This is why car insurance exist. I didn't know what to expect from the place being so new. It's clean and very spacious and has to be since there are three racing tracks. The main track with the crazy curves, a kiddy track which is just a big circle, and a private track in the back for parties. The main track is across the front counter where you pay, sign waivers, and pick up your helmets. Our hostess got a two hour slot at $850 (weekend price) celebrating a birthday and 10 hoodies for rides. The hoodies verify there's a waiver and you paid to drive. TREE FIDDY (Loch Ness monster price. Who gonna get this reference? Comment below) for additional hoodies. No limit on rides but each race is about 10 mins. For the kiddy track, think bumper car style arena with slow moving cars. You know the people you hate being behind on the fast lane on H1. These cars go slooooooooow. Now the party section is nice. First, the room has a microwave, TV, and microphones for karaoke like everybody's house in West Oahu. It's bring your own party supplies as well as food and drinks. No alcohol. Don't want to teach the kids drinking and driving. What kind of responsible adult are you? That's why you have karaoke at home. Now this track is: make a right, drift to the left, crash into the barrier, laugh your butt off, and do again. And don't worry like, the Ewa Beach Dog Park (I know you read the review) they separate the adults and the kids on the track. At least here no road rage unlike the kiddy circle :0Overall five stars. Pricy but can you really gage a parent's laughter or a kid's excitement? It's a great place to lose yourself for a little bit when shopping at the mall or celebrating life. Now excuse me, I need to practice for my audition for Fast and Furious 10. M

This is not a safe place to bring children.I brought my family here as a birthday gift to my kid. It appeared that an employee had also brought her daughter to work. She seemed to be around 7 years old. The employee's daughter did something to upset her. She began verbally abusing and humiliating her daughter in front of 4-5 families including my own. She was swearing at her child in the middle of all the customers and our kids. The poor girl was crying from embarrassment, and everybody felt so sorry for her. At first, we tried to ignore the employee thinking she would eventually just calm down and we could let our kids continue playing peacefully. However, she continued to chastise her child loudly with excessive use of profanity, and it made everybody in the room feel uncomfortable. The berating continued for about another 10-15 minutes until she struck her child's face and one of the customers finally called the Ka Makana Ali'i Mall's Security because she was concerned for the safety of the employee's child. While Mall Security was on their way, another employee was trying her best to help all the customers and keep everybody happy during her coworker's rage-filled rant at her daughter. She was giving her coworker signals to knock it off because she could tell that the customers were getting upset. At one point she even tried talking to her coworker to calm her down. She was an MVP for holding it down with the customers AND trying to pacify her belligerent coworker. However, when Mall Security showed up, the rude employee had a complete meltdown and turned her hostility towards the customers. She started swearing at all the parents calling us f***ing haoles. Admittedly, some of the customers appeared to be tourists from the mainland. But she was looking me in the eyes when she said it. Ironically, I graduated from Kamehameha, so she was talking to the only other Hawaiian in the room. I am embarrassed that these visitors will leave Hawaii with the impression that local people can be so repugnant and antagonistic. We're not all that way. Despite the escalation of her malice, Security stood by and did nothing. They stood in the doorway and just watched her verbally assault the room full of parents and children with profanity and racism. At this point, I was no longer willing to subject my family to this behavior. I was conflicted because I had just spent $160 for 2 hour's worth of play time, and we had only used about 30 minute's worth thus far. Regardless, I gathered my family and walked out. The other 3-4 families that were present asked for refunds before they all walked out as well. I didn't bother asking for a refund. I felt sorry for the business owner that they had an incompetent employee ruining their business. Consider my remaining balance as a donation you can put towards hiring a replacement employee with more class.

I've been here several times recently, my kids love it. Unfortunately, several things that drop my review rating. 1. Staff is hit or miss. One girl (on a previous visit) I got was very helpful and accommodating. Other times, got guys who werent as enthusiastic. When I went, the worker at the counter was buried in his phone and didn't look up for a while. Tried calling out to get his attention, but the music is so loud in there, he couldn't hear me. 2. Hours don't make sense. I arrived on a Friday at 7:30pm. The posted hours at the window obviously state closing is at 8pm. When I got in, worker on his phone. Another worker drifting on the race track by himself. Asked if my girls could buy a race, but workers said they close the track at 7:30pm. WHAT? Why do that when your hours say 8pm? That's like closing a restaurant 1 hour earlier than the stated to clean up. Maybe the workers just wanted to continue riding the karts on their own? I dunno. 3. When there's a slow rider in the group, it holds up the flow. All the other riders get stuck behind that one. When I used to go to K1 speed, they'd tell the slow person to pull over and let the others pass. Takes 5 seconds. Wish the staff would do that. 4. Music is really loud. Can be difficult for some to hear each other. Hard enough for staff to not hear me calling out to them while they're on their phone. Also, staff explain the rules and everything to all riders... Guess what? Nobody can even hear them talk due to the music.
