Razor Games Battle Nerf Arena

I tried to book a birthday party for my son. I contacted the store and was asked to contact the party reservation line. I called 3 days in a row, 2-3x per day, no answer but asked to text for faster service so I did. No call after 1 week, called the Kamakana location and spoke with the manager. She was very kind and professional, however she was not able to book parties and again asked that I contact the party reservation line. She also said she would message them. Well, it's been weeks still no call back. I guess they don't need my business, booked elsewhere.

Did the private buy out for my son he had fun the workers were helpful and the manager as well would recommend.

With everything happening in the world today, this place was perfect for our sons 8th birthday! We were able to take advantage of their arena buyout special which included two hours of private nerf play for 15 players. We ended up adding on another hour because why not? Treat yourself. Treat the kids. Y'all deserve it. The package came with socks, protective eyewear, and unlimited ammo. There is a small fee if you want to add more players.The party area in the back was perfect for the parents to hang out in and for the kids to sit, eat, and sing happy birthday. They have tables, chairs, and a standard size refrigerator. Although the size of the arena was smaller than similar businesses, it was bigger than I expected and still a lot of fun. Because it was a buyout we didn't have to share the space with other players. Don't get me wrong, I believe in "the more the merrier" but during these uncertain times, peace of mind is priceless. Tbh I'm really writing this post because our hosts Dylan and Jas went above and beyond our expectations. They were super accommodating-- helping us set up, break down, and manage all of the kids. They would constantly check in on us and help the kids with their nerf guns which made the whole party stressless and enjoyable for everyone.

Not safe for birthdays!The space is too small to host parties greater than 15 as kids are shooting each other at point blank range. There are no dividers that separates the players from guests that are eating. Multiple moms were shot in the face that had nothing to do with the play zone. We brought it up with the staff and the staff were too young and inexperienced to do anything about it.Furthermore they put up a sign outside saying it was a private event yet still they let their "friends" in with non establishment guns. You had adults with full auto guns shooting at 5 year olds with one pump per shot. Unreal. Poorly managed and too chaotic. Look at other places on island!

We recently went to a birthday party at Razor Games Kapolei. I don't typically write reviews but felt compelled to share our experience. The "Private Room" is actually not a private room but rather a space towards the back of the facility with tables. Note there is NO net or other barrier to separate that area from the arena (despite there being a net located at the front of the arena). Would strong encourage management to install a net/barrier to continue marketing the space as a "private room."Pro's:-Private "area" has a refrigerator/freezer-Prior to nerf gun play, the kids were provided with large balls to play with in the arena (the only fun portion that transpired that day)Con's-Not safe for young kids. When another group brought their own automatic nerf guns and were "gunning down" our group which consisted of much younger kids, we tried to talk to the staff about facilitating safer nerf gun play, but their response was there was nothing they could do. We STRONGLY feel staff/management needs to take a more active role in ensuring the arena is a safe space (i.e. safety briefings which outline arena rules such as no shooting above the shoulders, no shooting in the face, etc). Several of the attendees--including the birthday boy--came out of the arena in tears. Definitely NOT the way anyone wants their son/daughter to spend their birthday. -Not safe for parties if there are raucous players in the arena. Despite being in the "private room" (which is again just a set of tables towards the back of the arena), many of the attendees who were just trying to enjoy their lunch and weren't even actively playing got hit in the head, in the eye, etc (and not by any of the players in our group).-Food should be protected against flying ammo-No bathroom in the facility -There weren't enough ammo bags/ammo for all players -Facility allows private nerf guns to be brought All in all, Razor Games did not provide a safe, fun, and memorable experience. Save your money and book at another venue.

We've had two parties here this year & both were great. You really can't beat the price for a buyout party and adding on additional hours is reasonable. The staff are great, always offering assistance. This last party they even played some games with the kids which they loved. It is a little smaller than other nerf arenas on the island but if you are looking for a party venue that you can buy out and not have to worry about the public than this place is definitely worth it. The party room in the back is pretty spacious with lots of places to put things and sit. Each party all our guests were super happy and had a good time.

Took my 17yr old daughter, 17 yr old cousin, and 15 yr old son. They had a great time! I didn't think they were having fun because they looked so serious but they said they were concentrating. Ended up buying another round!

Not sure what happened, private party we were very excited to go to. I left with group and parents setting up..came back to traumatized 8 yr old. Crying and wanting to go home..parent says tell me when you find out, others came out crying too. After questioning he pointed at least 10 areas on face he got pelted hard among everywhere else..was pale and tired. Got home and he went straight to bed...friends came by to see if he was ok. They said yea, another group was allowed to overlap theirs for at least half an hour and the adult was yelling "get them, shoot them in the face, nows, your chance!" It was an attack on these birthday kids by strangers..,and supposed to be a private party..no supervised staff and parent said music was loud and she was busy setting up tables so didn't know. If you go make sure you supervise and get others out if private because staff here doesn't seem to care . The only gear provided for protection is eye wear..my guy doesn't ever want to go back unfortunately and day was ruined.Update...he says the adults didn't hear the rules about not shooting in the face and it was some adults who joined in ...
