I found what I needed for my last minute Christmas gifts for a couple of young nephews. They don't have as many items as I remember, but was able to find Pokemon cards since they are collectors.I got confused because they have a wide variety of cards, the cashier was nice enough to explain which would work best since he is just a collector and doesn't play to actual game. I didn't know there is a difference? but he was so patient and helped a lot.

I like Razor Concepts because it has more variety than Hot Topic and BoxLunch. I feel like the customer service they give is excellent. Staff are polite, cordial, patient, honest, and ethical and will ask if you are 21+ if you want to purchase products such as ASP Batons, switchblade knives, and airsoft guns. The price can range between affordable and very expensive so be careful when looking for what you want to buy. Otherwise than that I wish they had one on the East Side of the Island of Oahu.

My son and I came here one night looking for anything my son could use his birthday $ on. He saw lots of things that caught his eyes, but geared more towards the fidgets. The guy that was there was really nice. He greeted us and asked right away if we needed help. My son told the guy which spinners he wanted, the the guy told him choose more. We came out with 3 fidget spinners. & my son barely paid a cent for it too. Really great that the owner was giving away spinners, as long as you buy one. My kid came out very happy & so did I with that customer service!

like this place when it's open. but i have tried to go 3 times after work recently and their hours on google and here say they close at 8 but they've been closed every time. one time i went at 7:48 so i understand, but more recently i came at 7:07 and they were already pulling down the gate!! i just wanted some nose rings man

I've been shopping at Razors since high school. They have a ton of local brands attire, anime figurines, and other gizmos and gadgets. I even got LED lights for my truck here. When browsing around I'm almost always offered assistance. I noticed they are always up to date with the 'cool' and popular. toys out there like pop it's, spinners and when the kendama's were popular. My son always purchases something from here.

Normally I don't check out these places but had to see if they sell face mask. Yes they do all types of design on cloth mask. The prices looks like $9.95 each average , but personally I do not like cloth material it's hot and hard to breathe. I personally like the Neoprene it's feels like a thin scuba material. Most places they don't sell that type unless you go to Don Quijote or some Korean shops.

Came here to buy a airsoft gun walked all the way to the back saw the gun I wanted, employee not sure of his name came around with another shopper who was looking at airsoft guns. Stood there for over 5 min looking at the gun I wanted to buy and at the guy working there not even once did he acknowledge me didn't even look my way! Looked like the customer was the guys friend as he kept talking and talking about how he has friends who are shipping him airsoft guns from Japan. Literally the worst customer service ever. They lost a customer who was willing to buy and now I'll just buy online. If I could I'd give them 0 stars I would but need to atleast give 1 star to post a review!

I've been here for a while now because my kids love it. It's like a museum of cool toys, air-soft weapons, knives, clothes, stickers, etc. Some of their things are a bit pricey, but they have some of the things you can't find anywhere else.There's ample parking everywhere in Pearlridge. The staff here are friendly. If you're ever in this area and you have kids who'd love to check this out, go for it.

The number 1 reason I am keeping this review up for others to see especially parents is because of how James responded to my complaint. He was unsympathetic came to me with attitude, and basically told me there's nothing he can do and there was nothing wrong with what they did to my son. I spoke to Chelsea first and she was very sympathetic and understanding to my situation. Then she told me James would be calling me to handle my complaint and he was a complete jerk. Why is it that when I first complained James said there was nothing he could do. Then after I said I'm going to contact BBB OCP, the police and social media about this situation all of a sudden James knows which cards are my sons? If James would have just said I'm sorry let me do my best to get all your sons cards back to you; guess what none of this would have happened. I accept your apology but a little too late. Next time hire ethical employees that will teach the next generation to have ethical employment practices. Support local small businesses unless they are unethical especially when dealing with minors
