This place is SOOOOO COLD that it makes it hard to eat without shivering. The ac is blowing so hard on you. The food gets cold so fast because it's so cold. They should make it a comfortable temperature for everyone. We also miss the Christmas music during the holidays. This is our go to for ramen. The food is good for the price. Glad we're able to change our soup base but with additional charge. Combo A is good because you get a little bit of gyoza, small serving of main dish like chicken katsu curry, beef curry etc & a small ramen. Or the Tonkatsu although this one is a hot or miss I guess depending on who's making it.Service is fast & staff are friendly.

Pros: fast service, great customer service, food was hot and delicious! Cons: Small space. Gets extremely crowded during the lunch hours and they only have 1 unisex bathroom open to both men and women.

We were in the area and wanted to get something to eat. We haven't been to this Ramen-Ya before and decided to give it a try. We got two bowls of ramen. We ordered the Black Garlic Ramen $14.95 and Curry Ramen $15.95.Both bowls were watered down. It barely had any taste. This place serves hard boiled eggs in their ramen. I much prefer my ajitamas. The Sun noodles were cooked perfectly and the pork was tender. However, I don't think I'll be back anytime soon.

Decided to come here for a last minute party pan order for a party I was going to. Called it in about 10 minutes before I arrived and it was ready when I got there. About $37 for 36 pieces so it is a little pricey but it is a nice addition to any potluck or party. Came with a generous amount of sauce and was very fresh and hot. Menu in their website didn't have prices for their pans so I had to call in and ask. Lady who answered was pleasant and helpful. They're located in Moanalua shopping center so there's usually plenty of parking.

Food is so good. Very large portions so come hungry and ready to eat. The broth is amazing especially garlic noodles. Won ton soup is great for those who feel hungry over or sick. Gyoza and friend rice is very large portions too. Decent price. Service is fast, 5 minutes from ordering to food coming out. Little small inside but very delightful and home feeling. Highly recommend.

No way I would rate this place fewer than 5 stars. First off, felt bad for the Aunty working her tail off for how busy it was. Good service for what only one worker can do. She was nice and sweet moving as fast as she could. So the meat in the ramen was kind of tough. The noodle (maybe egg noodle) was just okay and the broth, too, not too special, but the PORTIONS and the VALUE was solid. Ordered the Combo Set A. Gyoza was decent, the sauce paired perfectly. The mini ramen was decent size, but the Katsu Curry was pretty big considering everything else it came with. All for about $15. Now in 2025 das one deal! Did not skimp on da rice. My wife's Mochiko Chicken was ono, too. Good size for a combo set. Maybe not the "best" quality but good place to come if you STARVING and no like overpay. Combo set give you little bit of everything. Worth it.

I go here a lot. I like the selection. Even since they brought in the Spicy Tan Tan Ramen, I've been very happy. They have great service and are constantly updating the menu. It's a nice place to sit down and enjoy a meal.

Would have added more stars but the atmosphere was a bit rude. Felt being rushed (even if there was no one waiting to be seated). Also when paying there was no break down of what being charged. So when I asked for take-out containers I didn't know I was being charged. Wish I could take back my tip money

4 stars just because you get a lot of food for the price. The ramen is just okay, but I really like their mochiko chicken! It's crispy and just the right amount of sweet and savory. Their Mac salad is good too. Come during happy hour and get a ton of gyoza. They no longer have pickled radish with their fried rice tho, boo!

Went to Ramen Ya on a Saturday for lunch. One other table was seated. We ordered a few too many items: ramen set A with paitan broth with egg and chicken katsu curry side of gyoza, ramen set a with tan tan broth and chicken karaage with side of gyoza, croquette, edamame, fried noodles and fried rice for the girls. The food came out piping hot. The chicken karaage was too big for me personally. I like the bite size pieces. However, these were nice and moist so that was nice. I really liked the croquettes. The fried noodles were burnt tasting. The value for the amount of food was so good. All the food and two sodas was only $86. We went home with three takeout containers full. Service: the food came out quick. Servers were available and attentive. We had no issues. Parking is an open lot. The stalls are a bit narrow but there was a lot of parking that you could find a stall.
