Raising Cane's

Nuggets grow up to be this big. Cane's seems to be popping up everywhere. From Kapiolani to university area to military bases. I like Cane's for the simple reason, they do one thing chicken tenders. I honestly believe if you make one thing stick with it and continue to make it perfect. My In-n-Out review reflects that. I know you read that review. There's plenty of seating and service is fast. Hard to believe that this stand use to be a clothing store. Overall five stars. From the stripes to the toasted bread can't go wrong. The only thing is you need base access to get here. Now excuse me time to refill my ice TM

The food is consistently good! I've been to three on the island. The service is fast but they are too friendly and seem lost at times. But the food is good so that's why we go back.

Prolly the best chicken tenders for my taste buds. Located inside the Army Post Exchange where customers are lining up non stop. That being said, during rush hours, line normally is very long. However, with three order takers, they move the line pretty quick. If you want to avoid the traffic, go there before 1130AM and no earlier than 1PM. There's plenty of shared indoor seating and outdoor seating, your choice. I normally order their 6 piece tenders, comes with fries, a pieces of bread, and tiny cup of coleslaw. The wait time from taking your order to presenting your order varies, mostly it's quicker than expected. Staff for sure are doing their best to serve their customers, though, they are not very courteous, not very welcoming, and not very friendly at all. Nevertheless, this is my go to for chicken cravings on base. To the staff great job, and smile sometimes- it's free. Mahalo

Food is hit or miss. Which is odd because it's franchised Fried Chicken recipe, where consistency is critical to the brand. I live in Kapolei, close to the other raising Cane's and it never disappoints after almost a year. More often than not however, the tender sizes here are noticeably smaller than other Cane's stores here on island and on the mainland, and on more than one occasion questionably under cooked. Today is kind of my last straw for them, where I saw them reuse a cup in front of me (top was still on it) and who I presume to be the new manager, was oddly rude when I asked. She doesn't seem happy so I didn't pry... never know what battle people are fighting inside but at the expense of my health and general sanitation... I would try any of the other options here at the px if the manager looks sad that day. Just for reference, chicken is done and most bacteria dies/pasteurizes at 165 degrees. Look for a golden batter as reference before you eat it. If not, maybe ask if they'll cook it a little longer.

I love Raising Canes chicken but somtimes the customer service here is subpar. I stopped by today (8/20/22) and asked about the National Lemonade Day sign that was on the register, which said "Ask a crew member about the Caniac Club deals." The cashier (receipt says Alissa L.) instantly snapped back at me saying she doesn't know, and was extremely sassy the rest of the time we were ordering, rolling her eyes and had the biggest attitude toward us. She even threw my change on the counter after I paid. I work in the food industry as well and there is no reason any reasonable customer should be treated that way, or staff being so clueless about the company they work for.

Felt insulated when cashier was over exaggerating checking if my $20 bill was real or not and stated "I want to make sure you're not stealing from us" on 11/14 around 11:30am. Just because I'm brown and a local ??? The food was amazing and fast.

My girlfriend ordered chicken fingers with EXTRA SAUCE and they gave her 0 sauce... not to mention the sauce is the only thing with flavor with their bland chicken so good job on that one
