This business was on a list of medical suppliers from Dr. Kristy I-M, I took the advice of Anna to call first to see if they had what I needed.They had 2 pairs in stock as most items are special ordered. While the paper work was completed I walked around the little display. I was shown one pair of compression socks as my healing left foot was still a bit tender and swollen. They have a little room to wait in.I decided to just buy one pair since $58+ seemed a bit steep on price for me plus they pair they had was actually a men's socks and looked like what little old ladies wear...ahem... I am a short old lady for sure... one flight is 12+ hours so hopefully it will help.The lady at the counter and the lady who helped me were both nice and friendly.

I wish I could give them a good review as the gentleman who did my fitting and is working on my brace is super sweet. Unfortunately I can't. It's been 3 months since my fitting for my custom AFO brace and I still don't have it. Due to severe arthritis my foot joint now needs to be immobilized now to prevent further damage and I had to find my own solution for what to use on my foot as the orthotic boot for a too heavy to keep using. Amazon has provided me with better options than these folks. No communication, phone calls take forever on hold and when someone says they will ask and call you back they didn't every single time. I was so frustrated with the entire process then finally got a call my brace was ready to come in for a fitting and I can't even use it. When I saw the large, cumbersome very hard with big screws for hinges at the ankle I burst into tears. How could anyone with messed up, deformed arthritic feet every west something like this? I'm so disappointed and now I'm back to square one. I'm going to find someone who can make an orthotic for the 21st century in carbon fiber, Amazon has those too!! Big disappointment :(

I'm so happy that I found this place! I recently had surgery and needed to rent a knee scooter or wheelchair because crutches make it very hard to get around. Everywhere else I called didn't accept insurance and quoted me $300-400 to rent for a month. R & M only charges $60 a month to rent a knee scooter with a refunded $150 down payment! On top of that, they accept some insurance and I ended up only paying a fraction of all that for my copay. They're located in Halawa industrial area and this was great for me too because I live in Aiea and all the other medical suppliers were far away. I appreciate the incredible customer service I received from their employee Desiree, she was so helpful and kind. The scooter has made it so much easier to get to places, and it's really fun to ride! So grateful.
