Quezada's Salsa

Loved working with Quezadas. The food is amazing! Make sure you order extra guac it's so yummy. They are super courteous and on time. Very professional and ceaned up afterwards. And left us any leftovers for the next day. Highly recommend and will definitely use again. Thanks for everything.

I wish I had photos to share!!! Being Hispanic and having eaten my fair share of authentic Mexican food, I can't recommend Quezada enough!!! We have hired them twice this year for catering 30+ people, most recently last week. They do an AMAZING job. Mike feels like ohana and has great aloha! He is prompt, hard working, and goes out of his way to make sure everything is satisfactory! Food is DELICIOUS!!!! Many of the people in our group go back for thirds. That alone speaks louder than anything I could possibly write here in this review. Jennifer is easy to work with and is so helpful when scheduling. Her item suggestions are also greatly appreciated. We will continue to hire Quezada for our large gatherings. Mahalo Mike and Jennifer YOU ARE GREAT!

I first was exposed to Quezada when they had their lunch truck at Queen's and subsequently always looked forward to Nacho Wednesdays!They no longer have their truck but do provide catering services. I used them recently for a birthday party with their taco and chips/salsa bar. Jennifer came promptly and setup her station without being invasive in any way. Once lunch time started the compliments started to flow on the carne asada and pork tacos and fresh salsa. Even my cousin from San Diego gave her Hawaii Mexican food stamp of approval. The whole time Jessica was very professional and provided top notch service. She swiftly packaged up leftovers for guests to take prior to her departure. No guest left disappointed! My only gripe is that I'm not sure how to top next year's catering expectations!

Every year when we stay in Honolulu, we host a taco party and have this company provide the food for us. The food is made fresh and is absolutely delicious. It offers a wide variety of choices to please each of your guests. There are a wide variety of salsas, meat, and vegetarian choices and the beans and rice are fantastic to make burrito bowls with the leftovers the following day. It is always a hit with our guests. They will cater any size group but we order enough for 8 guests. There is always tons of leftovers. They deliver the food warm and you just have to quickly warm the fresh corn tortillas. It's always a hit with our friends and so easy on the hostess

They come outside of queens usually Wednesday but sometimes they're not there because they're busy catering. We usually order the pulled pork nachos. Nachos come with velveeta like cheese on top, then there is a nice selection of pulled pork, guacamole, pick de gallo, sour cream and vinegary jalapeño. It's super satisfying but to be honest I share it with a coworker because it's a lot to eat for one of us and you cannot save it or it gets very soft. No good later. The couple works super hard and are always very nice and friendly! Once in a while this is what we order. $12 a plate is great. Still haven't truer anything else I wish I still had that picture. Next time I'll update it and show you the pic do the nachos.

I used Quezada's for my military promotion ceremony. They were outstanding! Prompt, polite, professional, and VERY user friendly. I got nothing but positive compliments from all who attended. Jennifer arranged the service and Michael was the one who showed up to cater. The food was FANTASTIC!!! My wife and daughter ate from Nicaragua and they were blown away by the authentic and fresh tasting food. The tacos and salsa were a major hit! Thank you Jennifer and Michael! If you need catering for anything, call Quezada's! They will NOT disappoint!

We couldn't recommend this business more! We were on the hunt for a caterer that would deliver to our venue. Well, Quezada's Salsa does that and more! Jennifer was very responsive to start! I emailed her initially and then we spoke on the phone. The original pricing came out to about $17/person (I think it may have escalated a bit since then) + 15% catering fee (I believe you can eliminate this if you pick up instead). And what does a catering fee mean, you ask? Well, for us it meant Jennifer drove up to our venue, set everything up, and then stood there for 45 minutes while she HEATED OUR TORTILLAS ON THE SPOT and refilled the pans until we were all fed! Next level! All the salsas are house made and DELICIOUS! She was a dream to work with! No hidden costs, tons of food for everyone, and everything was hands down amazing. One of the long time parents said it was the best food we've had for one of these gatherings ever. Even the chips were better than any I've had! We had the birria beef and the chicken salsa verde and they were both so good, tho honestly for me the chicken seemed a tiiiiny bit tastier than the birria. I know! That is not what we expected! Also, THE GUAC! We got 4 extra servings and still ran out! If you ordered some, ORDER MORE! It's out of this world! We were really lucky because we called a bit late in the game but they had a spot open on their calendar and will slid right into it. I highly recommend Quezada's Salsa for any event you might have. The pineapple pico and the spicy sauce got rave reviews! There are no pictures because we literally are every single bite! No food waste here - every plate I saw was CLEAN!Thanks to Jennifer for feeding us to the brim and for making our banquet a success! It was the first one in 3 years and we were nervous about picking a caterer. Now we know we couldn't have chosen any better!

Look no further than Quezada's for your taco catering needs!I wanted to do a taco bar for a recent get together but then felt overwhelmed with having to shop, prepare and cook all of the ingredients (especially of a cuisine I'm not very versed in. I went on Yelp and looked up "Mexican catering" and up popped Quezada's with rave reviews!I contacted Quezada's first via email to see if there was a way for me to pick up food (I did not need their services on-site). Jennifer got back to me within a half day or so. She said that while they had catering jobs almost everyday, because I was looking for something to pick up and heat myself, they could work something out with me. They already offer a taco kit menu (meat, soft corn tortillas, salsa, cilantro/onions) with add-ons available (pico, guacamole, elote, etc).I placed an order with Jennifer and she confirmed a day before my scheduled pick-up. Upon picking up, she explained what everything was and how to best heat it (if needed). I forgot to take pictures but everything looked just like the pictures on yelp! The taco kits and add-ons we got (rice, beans, guacamole, pico, elote) were all fantastic. Everything was tasty and people really enjoyed the food. I can't thank Jennifer enough for working with me but also being so attentive.I did ask Jennifer about their food truck mentioned on Yelp and she said that due to the volume of catering events, they closed and sold their truck.

Loved trying these delicious tacos! They came to Queen's PB in a food truck. They will be there every Wednesday from 10:30-2:30 PM. They are located in parking lot B next to the Khoi food truck. Their menu consists of 3 carnitas or shredded chicken tacos or nachos. The tacos come with mild or spicy salsa, guacamole, cilantro and lime. The nachos come with queso, guacamole, sour cream, pico de gallo, and jalapeños. I ordered the chicken tacos. You get 3 soft tacos. They filled me up. The chicken was juicy, moist, and flavorful. Next time I will try a combo and do tacos/nachos. The tacos and nachos cost $12 and they take Venmo! Super convenient. My only critique would be to cut up the onion into smaller pieces I had 2 large chunks of onion in my tacos. The salsa was also very delicious! I had the mild. Note that there will be a bit of a wait as it is very busy during lunch hours.

I first tried Quezadas at a catered event and was so impressed with the food, I decided to have them cater at my daughter's birthday party. I inquired by email and Jennifer got back to me right away. Their packages are so reasonable, especially since they come early to set up, stay for the meal and do light food prep (heating the proteins and tortillas), and stay a little after to pack away the leftovers. Jennifer was so easy and pleasant to work with. She was so patient at the event because lunch started a little later than we anticipated but she wanted to make sure everyone had a good experience and ended up staying a little later. I highly recommend Quezadas for your event. The food is excellent as was the presentation. They bring nice bowls for the salsas, signage for all the food, and beautiful table clothes. Everyone raved about the food and service! Thank you so much!
