Great service, affordable drinks, and beautiful company. It was very close to where we are staying, so it wasn't hard to find.

Sure it's close to everything, I was surprised to see it's in the middle of the mall. It's a fun experience and only a 10 minute walk from our hotel, whereas other Luau options were 40+ minute drive each way. I think for what you pay, it's a fair deal. Family or adults, you'll have a good time. The staff were very friendly, the entertainment was great, and the food was good. I'm glad we went.

The performers were very talented, and the location was convenient to our hotel. However, calling this an "authentic" luau experience is quite a stretch. The food consisted of rice, chicken, mac & cheese, salad, and a Hawaiian roll--not exactly what you'd expect from a traditional luau. Additionally, the event was held in the middle of a mall, which significantly impacted the ambiance. People could watch for free from the balconies while we paid over $300 for two tickets. While the performers did a great job, the overall experience did not match the description or images on the website. It was still somewhat enjoyable, but definitely not worth the price.

Biggest ripoff in townI really wanted to enjoy the performance, especially because it's stupidly expensive. And the performance was lively, with some great young people working very hard to bring their culture to the greater audience. Nothing negative in my reviews reflects on the performers in any way. They were the only reason we didn't walk out when we saw and tried the food. We could have watched the show for free from the 2nd floor of the MALL IT'S IN THE MIDDLE OF.The food was well below other places within that mall. It was crap for the price. I've gotten better chicken from KFC's dumpster when I was homeless. The 3 free drinks? Mere juice with a hint of a possibility that alcohol was present in the room somewhere. It's just not in the plastic cup. Even clip joints don't water down their drinks that much. I'm not homeless these days, and I'd expect that $150/person would reflect that in the food I'm served. I would also expect that I would not be served on paper plates with plastic utensils. At this price point, even the servers should be eating with metal flatware.Don't bother with this farce and ripoff. Royal Hawaiian Hotel does the actual beach luau, and I'm really sorry we didn't get an opening for that one.

*** Be warned that this is in the middle of a mall****It's in the middle of an outdoor mall. Anybody that's at the second or third floor can actually watch the show for free. Cost about $120 per ticket which comes with a show and food and a drink. Initially was not what I expected. When I think of Luau, I think of the full experience as in the pig in the ground cooked. On the beach somewhere. You do not get that here at all. And it doesn't specifically say it on the website easily enough, which I'm sure they bank on. You have to scrollTo the bottom to read it. SMH The drink line is in the back and blocks your view completely. They really need to make this more organized so it doesn't happen. After a while, a staff was trying to get it clear. Food was chicken, pork, salad, rice, macaroni, curry veggies, and a brownie. But NO POI?! WTH?! Or miso soup. Staples at other spots. Disappointed in that. Pork, chicken and noodles were good too. Mai tais were strong tho. Give them that much at least. Performers were good. The older host guy was very hard to understand. Spoke very fast and couldn't understand him much. But he had good energy. Like I said, not the true authentic experience I was hoping for. Just ok.

DO NOT BOOKThis was not great. The venue was in the middle of the mall, which was never advertised. It was quite embarrassing as anyone on the 2nd or 3rd floor could watch the show. In fact, several groups stayed to watch the entire show. For free. So I recommend doing that instead of spending your money on this "experience." The food was okay; pulled pork, Mac salad, rice, salad, and a brownie. Could've gone to any food truck in the area and spent $25 for this meal. 2 drinks included with our ticket for Mai Tais, which only consisted of dark rum pineapple juice and passion orange juice. Bottom shelf liquor brand. they offered other cocktails but you would need to pay for them if you did not want the Mai Tai. You would need to pay if you want a soda. 2 cocktails again would've been around $40.The only good part about this show was the staff. And hats off to them for performing in such a public space. A little awkward when you have paying customers in front of you yet crowds of gawking people above you.Other than that, don't spend your money for this experience. It's not what was advertised. When we realized what we purchased, we received absolutely no customer support or solutions. Please don't get stuck going to this luau. Not worth dressing up for. We felt like animals in a zoo with everyone watching from above. NOT WORTH THE MONEY.Edited to add: they offer guests another complimentary drink for an online review
