I bought a beautiful 18 karat gold plated ring with a marquise shaped Ethiopian opal. The owner was so knowledgeable and friendly. She gave me a 15% discount and a free pair of earrings that matched my pendant. Fair prices and good selection of jewelry.

I was sold a ring for $100 and the next day, one of the stones fell out. That is a lot of money to spend on a ring that is not well made. This was a couple weeks ago now and I have tried multiple times and ways to contact the shop to get this sorted out. I have called many times (no one answers), left a message, and emailed. It's really a shame because the woman that helped me seemed nice, genuine, and knowledgable, but now I feel like I was scammed. It's really unacceptable that they won't even contact me to sort this out.

Lied to me.We were told flat out that the items were sterling silver. We found the identical items in other locations (for half the price) and were told that they are NOT sterling silver. It's my fault. I should have backed out as the woman was So pushy. The more interest my wife and I showed, the more pushy she became. Keep Shopping!The Same Items will turn up elsewhere.I don't like being LIED to.

LOVE this spot!!! We come to Laie every year and every year Chaebong and the rest of the staff are so generous, kind, and loving to both our daughters. Our girls always want to stop by and give these wonderful ladies a hug and say hello and every year they stop what they are doing to give our littles some love. Great customer service and a great selection of beautiful jewelry!!! I can't recommend this place enough! But honestly, I can't recommend any better or beautiful people than these wonderful ladies at Pukana La Creations! My daughters LOVE these beautiful ladies so much!

Great service and merchandise. We stopped there two nights in a row while visiting the Polynesian Cultural Center and made purchases. We were recognized the second night. One of the lady's working there stopped my wife and corrected her on what side to wear her flower on. (Married vs Single). We love the items be purchased and the friendly service we received.

We have bought many things from this shop at the Polynesian Cultural Center! It is a family-run place and every item we bought has been amazing. The jewelry is unique and reasonable. We get 1 christmas ornament from Hawaii every time we go and the last 3 have been from Pukana La Creations! Chaebong creates her own jewelry and it is all beautiful! (Ask her which ones are her creations) Their service is wonderful. They are helpful, and knowledgeable and will explain the different materials their merchandise is made from. They have many different types of merchandise from jewelry to hair accessories to christmas ornaments. We have bought many things and all of the items have stood up to the test of time. So the earrings, necklaces and ring sets we buy at $100 - $200 are well worth it. We bought my sister a manta ray necklace that was a little pricey but is absolutely worth it in every way! Our family loves Chaebong, and the whole family!

I picked out wedding bands from the shop when I was on vacation in Hawaii but I lost it when I came back home. The store was very helpful in helping me find the correct ring size and design. They were very prompt. They didn't charge me extra to ship or charge extra. They sent me a bracelet as well

My friend and I wanted to buy a necklace. We looked at different places prior to visiting this store. Eventually, I ended up in a store located in Polynesian Cultural Center. This place was not exceptionally fancy, but their workers were nice and polite to me and my friends. When we asked questions, they answered with a big smile on their face. I loved this place and would visit again.
