NICK IS THE BEST! I can't say that enough. The service here is awesome and he definitely does his best to give you the best. I came here because my bf at the time said his mod or whatever you call it wasn't working like it used to and wanted to see if it could be fixed. Nick offered to take a look right away and I have no idea what type of cartridge it was, but he gave me a few options. I ultimately decided to get a new mod and even picked up a new flavor juice for him.Nick knows his juice selection very well. They have similar juices to Volcanoes but the pricing is way better. As my ex likes candy and fruity flavors, Nick pointed me in the right direction for which ones he thought he would be interested in.Nick's puppies are also always hanging out in the shop and love to be pet. They're so chill. I love playing with Penelope and his little Frenchie. Stop by if you haven't yet!

This place sells overpriced shit products. No one answers the phone, like ever. I wanted to see what their return/exchange policy was and after calling daily for a week and getting NO WHERE I gave up.The vape I bought was $50 and worked for 2 days, maybe. Go elsewhere, spend less and get better quality.

Went in there early morning and got assisted by Nick. He was down to the point and knew his juice selection. He quickly helped me with juices similar to the flavors I wanted right away. Although I had to leave early for work I'll definitely come back. The store was kept clean, and there's an easily viewable sign on their window and one for the sidewalk. If you don't know what you want I'm sure they'll help you with their amazing customer service and their knowledge of their products and mods.

Make sure Nick is working at the store.My husband was upset.Cory was going to charge more than the retail price for2 items. The second item was not in the box that the productis sold in.He was so upset that he will contact the better business bureau.It's a shame that Cory does not understand that there are laws andregulations regarding prices; even though there are mistakes.It's a shame that he doesn't know my husband is an attorney.We both support local businesses; however, all stores are regulated.Nick is awesome; however, Cory needs more education.Call and check the store to make sure Nick is working.

Nick is hands down the absolute best!He's a great person, smart about his products and honest. Whenever we see the latest mod craze and are curious, before purchasing we always ask him. He will tell us straight up if he likes it and why or exactly the bad reasons not to get it or even if it's a regular mod that's being blown up into something it isn't.There's juice of all kinds that you can try at the juice bar. Nick only buys items he likes and can sell good which is why I like coming here. I can actually trust everything he says and I've never regretted a purchase from here! He's a great guy to work with and we can honestly stay in here for hours just talking story and asking question. He's very personable and you'd be silly to not love this little shop.

Why did I not know about this fabulous place sooner?!?!?! The best customer service in any of the vape shops that I have been to. We came by yesterday because I had gone to another shop (who will remain nameless in this review) to have them rebuild my atty. They (the first shop) ended up putting silica cord as the wick and when it was fired, it resulted in flames igniting :| Not happy. So instead of them looping the cord, they ended up threading one single strand of the cord into the coils making it look retarded. The coil wraps were .... how should I say it ... they weren't wrapped tightly and were wrapped too small. Yes, I could've done it on my own ... my drawback ... my gel decorated nails :D I walked out of that 1st shop without paying ... I was not going to pay for sh@tty work. Wish I had taken a picture of it before I took it to Puff N Stuff.The Vaping Section is closed now so I couldn't go there :(Hence why I came to Puff N Stuff. First time there, but loved all the great reviews about them! They couldn't believe me when I told them about the flames .. until they took apart the atty and saw the terrible work. One of the guys there fixed it (forgot his name :/), even drilled 2 extra holes in. It took a while though, he said it broke 3 of their bits. It's a Fu Chai atty btw .. they are very thick. He didn't charge me for the rebuild which was awesome of him :DI did end up picking up some juice, Dragon Jizz and Strawberry something ... love both of them. One of them reminds me of that candy White Rabbit ...They took the time to explain things to me on the different attys, tanks and mechanical mods vs PVs and which would work best with what. A few shops that I had frequented were not like that. They'd suggest something, say it can be used for your mod .. when in fact its not true. In short, I was taught wrong by the wrong people! Glad I was schooled correctly!!!! Thanks guys!! These guys here are seriously awesome and so down to earth. I highly recommend them :))I am and will be a return customer. I can't believe I didn't hear about them sooner!!

Chad is really nice and helpful and bring your mod! you can sample before you buy!As we started vaping, we started trying to find more Vaping stores on the island, low and behold we found this one.The selection of ejuices are really good, some are from the Vaping section so if the ejuice you're looking for isn't at The Vaping Section, you can possibly find it here!Some days the parking can be difficult since it shared with other shops in the plaza. Its a definite hit or miss. Im really thankful that Chad is very outgoing and informative about the product he sells and his customer service is super friendly! We love visiting every chance we get when we are in the area!

I'm so happy that Puff N Stuff found a new and better home. The other place was okay...but the storage people were crappy to customers of Puff N Stuff. Nuff said about that because they're not worth mentioning any more! :P IN ANY CASE... Puff N Stuff has moved. They are in Kapalama Shopping Center... on the side that Pancakes & Waffles is on...across Sugoi's. The new shop is clean, clean, clean! Lots of smoking paraphernalia - even for vaping needs. I, personally, love the snacks! Being that they just reopened, I'm sure there's still going to be some settling in to be done.Chad (the owner) is very nice... He really cares for his customers, and it shows! Not too many small business owners nowadays...So, let's support Chad & Puff N Stuff, and give him a Yelping hand!!

My wife wanted to buy a Elf Bar and the dude working there was knowledgeable of his merchandize. We ended up buying another type of vape called a SwftBar and they last way longer. I recommend coming here!

This is my go to place when I'm out of menthol cigarette filter tubes. The owner is real friendly. Especially when the pandemic was happening all over the island. He understands how this pandemic takes a toll on people and businesses. I normally buy the zen menthol cigarette filter tubes but for some reason, they were out of them and they told me they been waiting for the filter tubes for like 4 months ago. Ever since they order the gambler kings menthol cigarette filter tubes, I just had to buy it. I bought like 8 boxes for myself. Especially the Kentucky select pipe tobacco. I buy like 3 bags. They are cheaper than the grocery stores. when my automatic cigarette injector was broken. They gave me a manual hand crank cigarette injector. But I bought the manual cigarette injector anyways and it works like a charm. Whenever I am in need of a refill of tobacco and cigarette filter tubes, they are my go to.
