Vivian has THE best customer service. She truly cares about every person that walks into her store. The bathing suits are quality, the owner is amazing... support local!!!! My daughter got this adorable dress here too.

Quite simply put it is the best shop for suits on the island!! Took my daughter here to get a new suit and the staff was simply amazing. The selection was also the best around. Please support our local businesses during this trying time of covid!!! Mahalo to Pualani Hale'iwa!!

Pualani in Haleiwa gave me the best bikini shopping experience of my life! I'm not very confident with my body and am super indecisive. So when I shop for a bathing suit it's usually a mix of awkwardly staring at the bikinis while the staff hovers and makes me feel rushed. That was not the case here! The lady working (I cannot remember her name but she was Brazilian and gorgeous!) was super empowering and encouraging. She knew the product, knew what I was looking for and treated me like her best friend. She kept pulling suits for me to try, offering constructive suggestions, and never once let me feel as if I was imposing or wasting her time. If I said I wasn't a fan of something, she scrapped it and offered something else. It was truly an amazing experience and I walked out of there with 2 suits that make me feel hot!

great customer service! everyone was super nice and helpful. also rlly cute clothes and nice design. i spilled sand everywhere but they where super nice about it. totally recommend if ur trying to find something cute!

WOW!!! GREAT to have pualani in Haleiwa. Must have swimwear for surfers or active ladies.Love the materal and styles.Having parking space in the back is awesome.
