Pua Melia Leis

We arrived in Honolulu for my birthday and stopped by Pua Melia for a special lei. When they learned it was my birthday, we were invited into the back to select a lei from the chiller. I picked a gorgeous tuberose and yellow carnation lei and it was so fresh and perfect. I wore it to dinner for 3 days, including the first night at the Halekulani House Without a Key, and received compliments every night. The scent was lovely and not overpowering. It made me feel so happy and elegant. Mahalo nui loa to the kind people at Pua Melia.

Last minute lei shopping for graduation party. I decided to stop at the airport instead of fighting traffic and looking for parking in Chinatown. Did a quick look at several stands and glad I held off until the one at the end, Pua Melia. I was able to find beautiful ginger, orchid and a gorgeous haku. Good prices, friendly service and beautiful lei. Will be back.

Beautiful leis! Super fresh, they even had fresh refrigerated ones in the back! They were so sweet, I got two leis for $27! It's all the way at the end of the lei stands so make sure to come to this one!

Went here and they didn't have that many leis out; however, the lady let me come in the back to take a look at what they still had left. She had some fresh pikake and ginger leis. I purchased a ginger lei and it seemed pretty fresh. I love ginger leis because they smell so fragrant, but you have to be careful sometimes because they get stink if they're too old. These leis were perfect, they looked and smelled very fresh. They tied a nice bow on it and put some fern and baby's breath with the mix. Gave it to my friend and she loved it!

They are always friendly, leisure are priced right and they packed it perfectly for checking in your leis with an airline. They are also open really early in the morning too, which is very convenient for early flights.

Supporting local, supporting Hawaiian! Genuinely kind, the best customer service, and always with ALOHA/love! Have variety of lei. I usually call to request a specific lei (e.g. Haku, pakalana, etc.) or ask for their recommendations. Owner also gave me great advice on how to make ti leaf lei. They're the 1st store on left end. Very convenient. Haven't used but saw there are restrooms in middle of all stores.
