I was looking to get a golf push cart and got amazing service from Pro-AM Golf Shops Instagram guy Sean. He was super helpful answering all my questions about pricing, size and quality. Sean even sent me photos of the push carts folded and unfolded so I could get a sense of the size.They had a pretty good selection of push carts and the customer service and sale was all I needed to head down and make a purchase from them.Sometimes its very easy and casual to get questions answered on social media and I was very happy and surprised that Pro-AM Golf Shop had an active presence on Instagram to answer my questions. Honestly if they didn't I would have probably gone to another shop.Great job Pro-AM Golf Shop.

They are great. Very friendly and their customer service is excellent. They have been around for a long time and they treat you like a king. Great selection of products. Go see them you won't regret it.

One of the last small golf shops around. Korean owned and great service. They sell a lot of older model clubs so if you're looking for a set at a lower cost that is not the most recent model this is your place. They have a lot of sales on clubs so I'd definitely check this place out before going to Rodger Dunn. They used to have dogs walking around which was cute. Not golf related just cute.

I arrived in Hawaii without gold shoes. When I called them, the owner was so nice and checked the back stock for my size. When we arrived, she pulled all styles in my size and suggested I try them all on. Once I settled in a pair, she gave me a discount on the price. Don't waste your time on big name golf stores. Service and plentiful options will be available here.

Received a gift certificate as a gift from here. Which expired only a month ago and they did not honor it. They don't have multiple locations and kept forgetting to retrieve it as we live on the west side.. what a waste. Don't buy gift certificates from here!

Went in to inquire about reshafting my irons and the 2 ladies (one is Tomiko, sorry don't know the other lady's name) in the shop we're very friendly and helpful. So is Sean who is the technician who does reshafting and grip replacement. He patiently helped me pick out the correct type of shafts that fit me. And the reshafting was done within a few hours and he saved the grips on the clubs too (saved me $$ so I don't need to buy new grips). In addition, I found a brand new Callaway Ai Smoke 9 wood at a very reasonable price - cheaper than R. Dunn store. And, Sean installed the new grip on right away. All in all, their customer service was par excellence! I am going back for all my golfing needs from now on. Too bad R. Dunn . Customer service do matter!!! I highly recommend ProAm Golf!!!

I've frequented this small shop since I first started playing golf about 25 years ago. They are a family owned business offering a full range of equipment and accessories. Their prices probably can't match the big chains but they do offer a personalized service. They are still in business since they have a loyal client base.

I just started golfing a few months ago and needed a pair of shoes. They had a good selection and great pricing.Customer service was outstanding! The man and his wife were both extremely helpful and was very patient in helping me.Service was soooo good that I ended up buying a golf shirt too! Will be returning when it's time for a new set of clubs!
