I went here last summer right after landing in Oahu. We checked in to the Hyatt centric and immediately went looking for food. This was close by and we just wanted some poke. Not sure if I was super hungry or the food was delicious. Could be a combo of both. lol This hands down was my favorite and memorable poke meal the entire trip.I'm coming back this summer and cannot wait to go back multiple times. Do not sleep on this place!

We got here about 30 minutes before they close so they had run out of some selection but we got the salmon, shoyo ahi, and spicy salmon. All tasted mostly fresh and the overall taste was very good. I like that they offer a salad as a base and you can choose a few toppings. This place is small and off the beaten path so you can easily walk past it. But it would be worth your time to find it. Go earlier, well before they close for a better selection. The woman helping us was patient as we were deciding what we wanted.

This is always my first stop when I go to Honolulu! It's the perfect poke bowl without too many ingredients/toppings. I like that it's more simple with toppings to make the fish be the star. The poke is incredibly fresh and the pricing is great!

Easy to find, good service, absolutely delicious. Only wish there was a good place to sit but the beach is close enough! Seriously my new favorite poke spot! At least in my top 5!I tried spicy ahi on sushi rice, with pickled onion, pickled cucumber and crab. The server (only person working there I think) also added unagi sauce and furikake. So much flavor!! I thought the onions looked interesting and the girl working told me it's more of a Japanese style to use the "bulb" of the onion, because it's considered to be "better." So I decided to try it and alas did not like them. But still happy with my bowl and would definitely visit again.

Honestly, the poke in from Mitsuwa Marketplace was the bomb. I had read the reviews and was dissapointed. However, nice staff and cute place!

This is the first poke place we tried in Oahu and it definitely did not disappoint! We got two bowls, both custom and I spoke with the lovely worker there who told me that the high reviews are because the owner is very selective on the quality of fish they sell. That's true because the fish tasted so fresh and the sides were so good. I got the seaweed salad, crab salad, and pickled kimchi (they have 3 kinds - OG cabbage, radish, and cucumbers). I felt full after!I also got the ube oreo rice krispie (bc ube - hello?!) and it wasn't our favourite. The rice krispie tasted a bit stale, there was a lot of purple food colouring so it stained our tongues after, and the ube flavour wasn't as strong so I would not recommend it.The store itself is pretty small, has no seating, and is basically grab-and-go.

I received some of the best customer service at this restaurant when I was in Hawaii this past week. Our original lunch plans had to be canceled because of delays when flying into the airport. As a result, we were very hungry and scrambling to find a place to eat lunch. We walked to poke fix and they were two minutes from closing, so we were not sure if they were going to help us (which would've been 100% understandable). Not only did he take our order and make our bowls, but he gave recommendations and suggestions based off of what he had left to serve us. He was very nice and helpful and we were very grateful that he stayed open to accommodate us as well as two other people who walked in right behind us.The poke bowls themselves were phenomenal and easily our favorite ones of the trip. I am still thinking about it and how I wish I had just one more visit to their shop!

Hunting for the best poke is a fun past time while you're visiting Oahu. Poke Fix is one of the main contenders. A small shop off the beaten path of a sidewalk; it's easy to miss so pay attention to Google maps. Inside is very small I don't remember any seating; it's purely take away. Based on what's fresh that day the menu will rotate. This was the only shop that had some pretty exotic fixings, like octopus, jellyfish, etc. Unfortunately the fish I wanted to try was sold out by the time I visited (around 2pm) For a pretty penny, you get a very delicious bowl you can take to the beach. The staff was very friendly and kind!
