Incredibly fresh poke - my mouth watered with every bite. Well priced and in a prime location near the ocean. I got the regular size ahi and spicy ahi. The man in charge is a kind and insightful human. Had a wonderful encounter with him and will be thinking of him for a while. I mentioned I'm from Seattle and he shared some awesome tips and a story of his background.10/10 poke and service.

REPOST from 5/25/2019 because this food truck was merged with its storefront. We've been frequenting the Kaka'ako Farmers Market on Saturday mornings and found that we can get our weekend poke bowl fixes here. It's good to see the Ono Seafood poke shop branch out into food truck service at farmers markets and you might even find them at some East O'ahu beaches. The Ono Seafood Poke Bowl Patrol food truck offers 8 poke selections (shoyu, miso or Hawaiian-style) on either steamed white or brown rice and INCLUDES your choice of chilled Hawaiian Sun juices or bottled water priced at $10 (REGULAR) or $12 (LARGE). The ahi is fresh caught and you can taste the quality. The other seafood choice is tako or octopus. As creatures of habit, we usually each order the spicy ahi poke bowl on steamed white rice but today I changed up my order to try their miso ahi poke bowl on brown rice. It was quite endearing that Kim (daughter of owner) who usually works at the Kapahulu shop recognized my husband as he is usually the one who runs into the shop while I stay with the car due to parking issues. The good thing about their food truck at this Kaka'ako Farmers Market is that there's a ton of parking so we both got to see and talk to Kim and her husband. We look forward to seeing this food truck at the Kaka'ako Farmers Market on Saturday mornings and possibly Wednesday late afternoons.

This little poke shop is the best! Polite service, we had wasabi & spicy and both were fantastic! They serve it brown or white rice. When I got home I had asked for brown rice but got white by mistake- I left a comment on the response and immediately got an answer apologizing and offering me a side dish next time - how thoughtful & nice!!! Good people own it and the food is ono for sure!!!!Support local!!!!!

This was the perfect quick poke spot to fill up after an afternoon swim in the ocean. The spicy ahi was so fresh and delicious and the toppings recommended to us added so much flavor to the meal. 10/10!! Very kind service!

Horrible service at Davies Pacific Center Downtown today. You said a few minutes (at 10:40am) and so I was waiting. I was going to surprise my co-workers with a poki bowl so I was going to order 8 large bowls. I waited until 10:55am and siad that I had to be at my office at 11am. It was not until then that you said you were not going to open until 11am. I had to go to another truck that was READY for business and WANTED the business. If I ever see this truck I will NEVER order! Terrible customer service...

By far and away the best place to get poke here on the east side. The ahi melts in your mouth like butter, and the sauce in the spicy ahi is as perfect as it gets. The guys here do something right, and both the tourists and locals know it.

Stopped by at the Saturday farmers market. A+ experience - service was fantastic and my Hawaiian ahi was some of the best poke I've ever had. Super fresh and very flavorful seasoning without overpowering the ahi.
