Had a beyond wonderful experience with this company today. Unfortunately I dropped my toilet tank lid and it shattered. This place absolutely saved the day. Curtis went above and beyond to help me find a replacement and took it home and it fit perfectly. Very grateful for the amount of effort and help I received from this store today. Thank you so much.

Best customer service ever!Martin assisted me and with his 30 years of experience he went above and beyond. I have been to every hardware store and plumbing retail store and could not find replacement parts for an old Kohler bar faucet. I really like the nostalgic look of this faucet and didn't want to replace it.Martin went beyond selling me the parts to rebuild the stems, he did the reconditioning for me while I waited. I am so very appreciative of his desire to provide exceptional customer service!His is truly a valuable employee and I hope his company owner reads this.Thank you Martin

I needed American Standard faucet parts. The guy at Ferguson steered me toward this place. They had everything I needed. I I knew the part numbers I could have ordered on the web and saved some money, but waiting wasn't an option, so thumbs up for Martin who helped me with excellent customer service!

If you are in need of an old or new part for your plumbing fixtures and you don't know what brand, or what Model the fixtures are, then this is the place to come. I have been in the trade for over 30 years, and just when you think you have seen it all, well, you go to an old house and find a fixture you have never seen. When that happens, just go to plumbing parts and show them a picture or take in the part, I have been amazed on more then one occasion when I took a part in and as soon as One of their very knowledgeable sales guys looks at it, they say oh where is that from? Mililani uka? or oh, that's from Hawaii kai or some specific spot that is known for using that particular part or brand. They have saved my okole on more than one occasion. I go to a lot of plumbing supply houses, but when I am in need of some real expertise, this is where I go......

I'm clueless when it comes to toilets and plumbing. When I accidentally broke my toilet I was all stressed out. I removed the tank and took it to Plumbing Parts and Supply. Martin helped me out and even changed the parts that needed to be replaced. One month later, I needed to change the toilets shutoff valve. I took pictures and Martin was able to get me the correct part from the pictures. He also followed up on my toilet that he helped me fix. Awesome service and friendly staff. It's good to see that there is still businesses with Aloha.

These guys are old school and know what they are doing. If you're dealing with older plumbing, they have the answers and parts you need.

Great Customer Service. Government and contractor trucks in the parking lot was a good sign. Old school, you walk up to the counter and explain what you need. I needed a part for a really old toilet. City Mill, Ace, Home Depot, didn't have what I needed. 2 older local guys in front behind the counter, they know their stuff and will bounce ideas against each other to make sure I got what I needed. They were really helpful with advice too.

Ok.I needed plumbing parts for my apt at salt lake.1 of kohler valve kit for $55.90.1 of kohnler press reg for $72.20.But same item for kohler and amazon was $17.99 and $23.49..What ????.I pay $134.14.Not only that .I had old part with me and ask for same.But it will not fit .My request for refund was deny.Cuz package was open.But .You gave me the wrong one and how I know it fit .If I dont open and try?..Please dont go​​​​​​​​​​​

I found this place by luck, but its like the pot of gold at the end of a rainbow. Stan the owner is a very knowledgable and super nice man. He educated me on a lot of plumbing techniques as well as how to save money. The part I came into purchase he gave to me for free! On top of that he took the time out of his busy day to educate me on all the parts for the different manufacturers they keep in stock. This place is the best and more people should get to know Stan and his son. They are old school people that take care of the community. Very hard to find people like them still in business.
