Within the last few months I started getting into matcha! And wow! I have been missing out. The honey matcha was the smoothest, silkiest matcha I've had yet! 1000/10! We asked the barista where they get their matcha from and he said it's from Japan! Loved it so much!I am also extremely obsessed with their black sesame latte! I love trying new drinks when I'm out and about -- this did not disappoint. It was the perfect amount of black sesame. Not overpowering or anything. I recommend going out of your comfort zone if you've never tried either. You're going to fall in love.I still think about my latte and I've had it twice!Barista was friendly and made out quickly. He was also informative on the plants and questions we asked.I love the vibe of this place. So cozy and earthy.

One of the cutest plant store + coffee/tea shop you'll find. Located on the 2nd floor of the building with ample parking. As you enter, you'll be greeted with a beautiful array of plants and flowers. Ambiance/ Service: I've actually been more of a tea than a coffee person, and I appreciate the range of teas they offer, from brewed to teapots. The coffee/tea shop and seating area is located towards the back and adorned with beautiful plants. It's one of the quieter places I've been to, and even customers having conversations are usually quite respectful of patrons working near them. The staff are always super welcoming. I enjoyed getting some work done, sipping on tea, and admiring all the plants before heading to dinner in Kaimuki. There is free wifi; however, there is a 90 min seating limit. Price & Drinks: $$ 4-8 for brewed teas, herbal drinks, and coffee. Pots of tea are $12. I ordered their green tea on my last visit because they were sold out of their boricha. Although my go to is their boricha, their iced green tea was super refreshing. Overall, I'd recommend checking out this cute plant and coffee shop :)

Kiddo and I stopped by for a quick break after exploring Kaimuki. Hidden cafe located within a plant shop. Most of the tables were taken when we arrived. Noticed some were working on their computers. The atmosphere was quiet, overall. Ordered an iced Hojicha latte and Lavender spritzer. Nice place to unwind and catch a breather before we continued our walk.

Walking into this place is like walking into an oasis. I can be spend forever in here looking at all the plants that I've never seen before. To be honest, I do not have a green thumb and I usually kill plants. However, I've gotten multiple plants from here and they are all still happy and thriving. The staff are super knowledgeable about every single plant. They know the name and what it likes. It is amazing that they can remember all of it. They also have the best customer service. They will spend time with you to pick the best plants for you. Prices can be a little more expensive, but the plants here are well loved. Parking is tight and a little odd since you have to drive up a steep ramp. However, it is 100% worth it.In the back of the oasis sits a coffee bar with seating if you want to take in the greenery. Definitely a lovely place to sit and relax in quiet.

Such a huge fan of Plantoem! This is a plant shop, a cafe, and a community event center, all in one! While waiting for an appointment, I stopped by Plantoem to check them out and to kill some time - their cafe offers floral teas, coffee, and herbal drinks.I had a Spritzer, which was prepared with soda and your choice of lavender or lilikoi syrup - I opted for the latter, and this was expertly made! So bubbly and fizzy, and the right amount of lilikoi flavor! Very refreshing, and I loved how it was served in a glass with a glass straw! The staff here are super friendly and kind! There are also cozy seatings in their cafe.Be sure to check out their variety of plants; staff are readily available to assist!Note you have to go up the stairs to the upper part of a parking area, and the store/cafe is right there to your left.+great cafe+friendly service+all about that plant life

Plantoem is the best plant oasis cafe/store in Kaimuki hands down. Always very therapeutic to be able to wind down here. They also throw many events to support local creators, as well as jazz/poetry nights. Their interior is always adorned with beautiful plants. It makes me feel like I'm in my home, since I love plants LOL

Met up with a friend for coffee. We both had never been to Plantoem. Ended up sharing a pot of peony & honey tea, a sun-dried tomato bagel, black sesame croffles, and we each had an iced americano before heading out. We throughly enjoyed our visit...I also bought a fern. Ha! Needless to say we appreciate the cafe vibe, and treats. Be back soon!

It's so creamy and have great taste of Matcha! I love it! Their coffee cup reminds me of Tea Ceremony in Japan I had my Honey Matcha Latte like I was attending a Tea Ceremony!
