Vitality is a MUST eat spot in Kailua if you're vegan, or just want an incredible fresh & healthy meal.Sat atop a brewery, the entrance to Vitality is located in "Under The Palms" Yoga Studio. The entrance is a bit understated, but once yo walk up the stairs greeted by the Under The Palms mural, you'll know you're in the right spot.Being located in the yoga studio, you'll eat in the boutique or out on the lanai. It's a great space of wellness and healing.I had the green juice, and the caesar salad (which was to die for!). The food is absolutely so fresh & incredible. I'm going to be craving the caesar, which comes topped with so many fresh sprouts, until my next visit.I loved this spot and can't wait to be back. I also really want to try their Mexican spot, Taqueria - but didn't have time this trip. It's at the top of my bucket list for next visit, along with taking some yoga classes.

Ordered lunch from here expecting a really good vegan meal given all of its 5 star reviews. Paid $16+ EACH for two bowls -- Buddha sesame and Thai tofu bowls. The bowls were mediocre at best and were probably worth about $7 each. I would NOT recommend eating here. Don't be fooled by the high ratings, which I assume are most likely due to reviews from friends and family. The only reason I am willing to give it an extra star is for the friendly staff.

It's hard to find but worth it! I've been vegan for over 20 years and live in SoCal, last time I came to Oahu there was barely even vegetarian options (at least that I saw). It's so nice to see so many vegan options. This place has some of the best vegan cheese I have EVER had! Service was great. Food was awesome. Nice rooftop. Loved it!

Ordered take out via Uber eats. Delivery was within an hour. I'm not sure if prices are higher than coming into the store but it's about $15 a bowl and $7 for a small size latte. Loved the Cardamom latte!!! Buffalo bowl was delicious! Buddha bowl disappointed though. It was way too salty, like almost inedible salty, saved half and used it for a side for another meal and it tasted a lot better after being counter balanced. I'll def come in store though, and check out what else they have. Overall happy with my order.

Plant Based Paradise is inside Yoga Under the Palms. It's a bit tricky to find but well worth it. Head up the stairs to the left of Lanikai Tap & Barrel, go through the blue door and then up a second set of stairs. They have amazing options that are in their refrigerator - like the hazelnut heaven bites or get something made fresh.

Yoga under the palms in Kailua is a beautiful and magical place. There is also a vegetarian café with delicious sandwiches and other food as well as healthy and delicious fresh juices. Highly recommend.

I have catered twice from them and EXCELLENT!1. I catered for a business lunch. Most of my colleagues were asking where did I get the wraps, salads and plates. Was happy to tell them Plant Based Paradise.2. I also catered for a large party that needed vegan alternatives. Ordered the Spicy Beet Poke to go alongside the traditional sushi bar, and Sesame Stir Fry to accompany the regular Chinese Food. These two trays were an absolute hit and the most popular food items at the party.I will note, I'm not a vegan or even vegetarian, but I'm health minded and this is a go to destination and referral. Also, I don't even like beets, or so I thought, but I loved the Spicy Beet Poke.
