I placed an online order at about 9:45pm and got there at about 10pm to pick up my pizza. The line was long and out the door as Ice Palace just closed, but the cashier kept the line moving as quick as she could. As soon as I got to the front they took my name and my pizza was ready! The cashier was so nice and pleasant, despite the rush of customers. The pizza was cooked well and the crust was super crispy. Order was followed correctly and tested great! Will definitely be back the next time I need a pizza.

Absolutely horrible delivery service! Not only are they charging you a fee for delivery, we also tip the driver. With overpriced Pizza as it is, I'd think they would really want to make sure their service is top notch. However, the store was over 2 hours late in getting my order to me. When I continued to call on the status, they stated they were backed up at the location. I simply asked..."you can't send an update?" In today's world where jobs are tough to find, companies need to understand you will LOSE CUSTOMERS when you cannot atleast COMMUNICATE! Zero offer to reduce my bill, provide something extra or a coupon. Good luck and I hope they eventually either fix themselves or they go out of business at this location.

While the pizza was good, I ordered takeout and it took a full hour for it to be ready, when the mobile app said it would take 15 minutes. Basically an extra45 minute wait. The staff did what it could under the circumstances, and I commend them for trying to assuage those of us customers waiting, but they were understaffed on this evening. This is more of a management issue.

The service is absolutely horrible. The workers are just sitting around rather than making any pizzas. Waited on a personal pan pizza for way too long when they stood around and just talked and took twenty minutes to even start the order. If I could give zero stars for service I would. They are lazy and don't care. They laughed and made it as a joke for forgetting my order. They would rather sit in the back dancing than to make an order

The WHOLE UGLY STORY: Used the App to order 3 large specialty pizzas at 5 pm to assure delivery at 7 pm. Just before 7 pm my wife goes out to wait for the delivery as I was entertaining guests - 18 year birthday party for youth twins. No show for several minutes. Finally about 20-30 minutes later my wife gets through the mainland call center to the restaurant. She texts me and says the store manager tells her the pizzas are about to leave the store. What?!? We live up the hill just below Camp Smith. About 7:40, I go outside to "relieve" my wife. I get a call from the driver. He's lost!!! Finally just before 8:00 he arrives. At least he apologizes and offers a free 2 liter of soda. Pizzas were good but the service at this location needs a total overhaul. What was the $ damage? $107!!! including pre-paid 18% tip. TIP means "to insure prompt service". What a total cluster *^#€.

Tried the newest promo and considering how busy they were at the time ex: ice palace had a long line, it was after work hours, location etc. The crew were awesome!! Although the order does have an estimated time... a few minutes to ensure the order was correct... not a problem.

i had ordered pizza hit stadium mall online on wed 4-24-2024 at 6pm for a 9pm pick upand they called at 8 just let me know they closed and manger at location told me that the website says @ 9 which is false . told me that the refund has to go through their HR then get approved that will take 7 business daysi am upset with the misinformation about about their closing time telling me one thing and its false information . Not calling in timely matter where i ordered ahead. dis not offer a solution just said oh we close. customer service is poor and need to be looked into there customer service .again said they close at 9 and there website says 10 which is false information.I will not be ordering pizza anytime soon especially at this location. for misinformation delay of my refund no solution.thank you for reading this review

Got the 2 medium specialty or 5 topping deal. My wife's pizza came out fine, exactly how she wanted it. However, mine was missing something. It should have had 2x pepperoni, 2x olives, and 1x banana peppers. Anyone see banana peppers on this pizza? Neither do I!
