Really enjoyed the big island cheeseburger! It paired well with their sauce that they had on the table that gave it that extra kick. Super cool indoor eating area as well with lots of character. The chef and staff were super cool and would definitely want to re-visit in the future- Miguel Morales Photography

A food truck with seating area right next to it. Right off the bat we were greeted by, who I was assuming was the owner who asked right away if we had any questions about the menu. We ordered our food and drinks and headed to the seating area. We ordered the lemonade, my wife loves extra tart lemonade, and they did not disappoint!-The foodMy crispy cheese and bacon dog was hot and delicious My wife had the BBQ kalua pork sandwich. There was a nice soft slow heat from the bbq sauce, and the slaw was sweet but not overpowering. The twice fried fries, were delicious and hot but not the crunch I was expecting from a twice fried fry. In their defense, it was very close to closing time and I think they had to cut new fries. We did have wait a bit to get them. AGAIN I and NOT mad at the fries, they were hot and delicious, just not as crunchy as I was expecting. Definitely worth a stop IMO

Tucked away in an alley next to their seating store front, this food truck is a MUST when looking for a cheeseburger in Waikiki! It's easy to miss when your maps take you the wrong way (the back street) or if you're not looking hard enough but once you find it, you'll know exactly where to go every time. We stopped by a couple of times during our stay and were so satisfied with the customer service from Vincent which was personable and so friendly. Then the burgers and fries came into the mix so ofc we had to come back! All together we ordered the 1/4 lb cheeseburger sliders, double fried fries, steak taco, mahi mahi taco, mahi mahi slider, strawberry lemonade, mango soda, and fried zucchini sticks. The photos just don't do it justice but the all-stars of the show has to be the cheeseburger sliders and the zucchini sticks for me.Great flavor, soft buns, crispy cheese! Perfect fried zucchini sticks. The mahi mahi was overcooked - so it was dry - and the steak was also dry in the steak tacos. Both lacked the savory flavors we were looking for.Be mindful they cook everything when it's ordered so it'll take approx 15 min give or take for your meal - so worth the wait. The store front doesn't look welcoming but the AC inside works really well and feels nice. The indoor seating will be going through upgrades and I'm excited to see their results once it's all done.

So so so good, I can't emphasize this enough. We randomly bumped into this place a few times while walking around Waikiki and man I am so glad we got to try it eventually. The fish tacos here were the best grilled fish tacos I have ever tried- so fresh, juicy, and perfectly seasoned. No other place I tried in Oahu or Maui topped their fish tacos here. The owners running the truck were super nice and helpful. It is a casual spot to grab something quick to go or they have a spot nearby for you to sit indoors. Definitely visit this spot when you are in Oahu.

We stopped by Pit Stop Hawaii to try the Pulled Pork Hawaiian BBQ Fries, and they were pretty good! I'll admit, I had higher expectations, but considering this place is a food truck, it's impressive how much quality they deliver. What makes it even more charming is that while it's a food truck on the outside, they have a cozy little seating area inside. The staff was super friendly, and the drinks were also great. The pulled pork wasn't mind-blowing, but it was definitely tasty and satisfying. Plus, the location is perfect--right near the beach, which adds to the experience. It is a bit pricey, but that's to be expected in Hawaii. Overall, it's a cute spot with decent food, and I'd definitely come back again!

The good is delicious! I love how they have the melted cheese surrounding the burger. The zucchini fries were so good as well. There wasn't too much breading and it paired well with the ranch. It just took about 5 minutes or so for my food to be ready.

This is a hidden gem in Waikiki Beach. It is a blue food truck that is located in a small alley way. The serve sliders, burgers, tacos, fries, and hot dogs. They also have some savory homemade drinks as well, including horchata and lemonade. There is metered street parking and commercial parking garages within a reasonable walking distance. You place your order at the truck and you can either get it to go or eat it in the dining area that is right next door to the food truck. There is a decent amount of seating in the dining area and they have neo-soul music playing throughout. Ih is decorated in a dog theme and there is also a restroom in there. I do not know how often they are cleaning the area though. I ordered the crispy cheese burger slider with a side of the hand-cut fries. The staff there was very friendly and helpful. The owner even brought y food to me in the dining area when it was ready. It took about 15 minutes or so for me to get my food and it was fresh hot and delicious. As the menu says, the burger was a slider, so it was smaller than your average burger. It was still very filling, and I really liked the cheese skirt. The fries were really good, but a tad bit salty. I ended up just brushing some of the salt off. I got one of their old fashioned lemonades to go with my meal. It was really good. I thoroughly enjoyed it. If you are in Waikiki Beach, you must check this place out. They have first class service and some delicious food. My skirted slider was amazing. I will definitely be back when I return to Honolulu.

Get the kalua pork frieeeeesss!!! One bite of this had me hooked lol.My sister and I decided to stop by Pit Stop to grab burgers and tacos to fill our empty stomachs. It's located in a pretty convenient location and was close to our hotel. I liked that despite being a food truck, they also had an area inside where you could sit and enjoy your meal.We came after the typical lunch time and the food truck was still busy. After placing our order, we were a bit confused as to when we were supposed to pay since we weren't told our total $ after ordering. Slowly afterward, we were asked to pay after a few more orders were taken and they finished making everyone's drinks - this was interesting... but at least we got our horchata before paying! The horchata was okay, coming from California where the horchata is aaaamazing, here, the drink was just a tad bit gritty. I ended up getting a burger with their famous crispy cheese, and it was pretty good! While the burger patty was a bit overcooked and well-done, the crispy cheese made up for it. I do think they could've added a bit more sauce though since it was a little dry.The seating area was super cute! It's decorated with photos of dogs everywhere. They bring your order to you if you plan on dining in, and the person who helped us was really friendly; you can tell that they're passionate about their business!
