Pink Sand Hawaii

I had the same experience as Tyna. Very disappointed... They acknowledged all the Japanese tourist there but didn't even check in with me. The shop had very cute things but I was so turned off with their customer service that I quickly walked thru and was out of there. Also, the store was smelling like garlic

I love Pink Sand, they always have such cute swimsuits. I didn't have a problem with the customer service, but that might be because I'm Japanese?

I would NEVER come back to this store. On my way in to another boutique that I always shop at inside of Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center, I noticed this was a newer store and decided to stop in and check it out. I'm not sure if this gal was the owner but it seemed like she was. She was very friendly to other Japanese guests that were in the store but even when the crowd died down and it was only me and her left in the store, she didn't even greet me or acknowledge me. Why would I want to buy anything from this store when I can't even get a simple "hello" or just a smile even. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I ended up spending $500+ at my usual spot so that was definitely potential business lost. Hope this review makes and impression and encourages the shop owner to treat EVERY guest as a potential valuable guest.
