I have been taking Pilates reformer classes from Patricia Aurely for years. She is such a fun teacher and always keeps it fresh and interesting. Class is always challenging as I keep learning and my body alignment keeps improving. Patricia can point out weak or challenged areas in my alignment and teaches me how to build up, expand or not overly stretch areas in my body. She is an amazing teacher and I am so happy to see her every week.

I am glad I found Pilates Fit 1+ years ago. Patricia worked with me to build up my strength slowly and with patience. She knows just how much to demand - always challenging, never overwhelming. I have done both Pilates reformer and mat classes with her. Every class is a bit different, and never boring. Her corrections are spot on. Her workouts have improved my posture, alignment and general muscle tone.

Patricia is an outstanding Pilates teacher, warm, skilled, encouraging, very professional. She is experienced and well trained, able to make adaptations in her group sessions so that each member is working at an optimal level. When I had a broken bone in my foot she adapted my exercises for over 9 months so that I never lost fitness, and in fact increased in strength and agility. She has a real heart for each student each week encouraging us and challenging us just enough to prepare us for more and more difficult exercises.

Patricia Aurely is an excellent caring and knowledgable trainer. In a months time, I have gained confidence in my strength and balance and there was noticeable improvement in my posture as well. She is very intuitive to what my body needs and customized my workout at the pace my body could handle. She knows when to increase the amount of resistence in my workout to build more strength and muscle, and when to have a more gentle workout when my body needed to rest. I highly recommend her.
