Phuc Hing Gift & Book Store

As we entered, we were greeted by the boss lady. She spoke Vietnamese to me and then realized, I couldn't understand She then spoke to me in Cantonese , which I understandI told her I was looking for Cantonese DVDs. She pointed to crates of DVDs to choose from. After searching through 4 crates, I was able find a movie I wanted. MayWah was walking through the store and found some Hung Bao ( red envelopes for money giving ). We use them for occasions such as birthdays, holidays and gift givingI like this little shop as they have a variety of items as well as Chinese magazines. It's fun to browse around, as we don't have these type of shops in my town**** The store name is hilarious ****10/23/19

Friendly old lady works here and I always come to purchase bak fah yo-the white flower oil that I dab on for migraines, sore throat and stomach aches. The small shop is located next to Tai pan dim sum restaurant and the hall way entrance to the open market. They have lots of little souvenir knick knacks that are related to good luck Chinese culture, DVD's, cd's, newspapers and otc cough/ flu medications from Hong kong/ China.
