So we actually went to bistro and found that they were closed.Cried because I wanted pho since I was in the cold ac all day. Went to a few pho places around the area but used Yelp to find this spot.Fast & friendly customer service.Got greeted as soon as we opened the door and there was a few workers having lunch and they stopped eating just to help the other employees. Talk about team work. They always catch each others back!I got the beef stew Bo kho! Best one I've had so far!!! Will be back for more. Made my husband order the pho and it was pretty good.

I left the restaurant sad...Because my favorite brisket pho is going to be 5,000+ miles away from home! My (picky) kids and I came here on a whim after being unable to decide what to eat for dinner. Figured there was enough of a variety that everyone could get what they wanted and be satisfied. We don't necessarily like eating out at dine-in restaurants but it was only a "fifteen minute" wait, so why not. *FIVE minutes later*... we were seated I did not expect to LOVE this place. By far my favorite pho (with brisket) I've ever had. And I've had PLENTY. We also ordered vegetarian spring rolls, summer rolls with bbq chicken, chicken pho, and lemongrass beef with rice. I must say the dressing for the salad and summer rolls, and the pickled radish and carrots were also delicious. I also noticed that they work hard, fast, and provide a quick turnaround in between clients. They provided ice water as soon as we were seated and the food came out quickly and piping hot. This restaurant is a must!

Another amazing dinner at Pho Waipahu!!! We walked in at 5:10 pm and all the tables were filled except for the side chairs. We were sat at the side chairs for a few minutes until a table opened up and then they switched us to that opened table. We ordered our food and within five minutes our order was brought to our table.Tonight I got the spicy beef with egg noodle. I always change the noodles on this dish to egg noodle, because I like the texture of the noodles and IMO it holds more of that spicy flavor. My boyfriend got his usual pho with fatty brisket and tripe. For dessert we got the avocado shake with boba. We love coming here because the service and food is great and always consistent. We will definitely be back again!!

We ordered the spring roll vermicelli bowl, a pork Bahn mi and a medium pho with tendon, meatballs and beef. $80.Everything was okay having both positive and negative qualities. The spring rolls were thin consisting mainly of just the wrap with very little contents. The outside was crispy but the inside was chewy because the wrap was too thick to cook all the way through. The pho had a nice flavor but it was the most expensive we've ever had and was also smaller than we usually get. The size of the medium bowl was the same as most place's small or child size. The price was more than a large at other places and the meat was scarce and thin. Not a great value. The Bahn mi was just okay. Not a great barbecue flavor but comparable with other places we have triedService was good at the start of the meal but the bill took ages to arrive. This place was okay. There are better choices on Oahu. We won't be back.

Came here cause it was cold pho weather. First timer but heard good stuff about them. Very clear place, fast service as I called ahead of time. Got a pho bowl, rice plate, and a Banh mi to full sample the menu.Everyone thing tasted good, but the pho and the extra noodles on the side were all short. What I mean by that is the noodles were short and seemed cut up to say. I never had that experience before. Would come back for their rice dishes and banh mi. But the pho I'll pass on.

My son took me here for early kau kau and we were both craving for pho and there was no place like here. Their broth is so savory but has a nice hint of sweet to make it just right, YUM!!! We both had the combination pho medium and fried calamari for starters. Service is always so friendly and welcoming. If you want some ONOLICIOUS pho, come here and it won't disappoint. Mahalo Pho Waipahu!

Pho Waipahu is located in the same shopping center as Pacific Supermarket. It's a convenient location with lot of surrounding grocery stores and restaurants. Overall all the food I have tried over here has been great! Their pho broth has a good flavor and their tendon is super soft. The lemon beef salad was light and tasty. I will say though their summer rolls are a bit on the smaller side but the peanut sauce had a great flavor. For pho they also give you a pre mix of hoisin and chili sauces but it did feel like the ratio of hoisin made the mixed sauce too sweet. Next time I would prob ask for more chili sauce to add.

Nothing hits like a big bowl of pho after a night of drinking. Pho Waipahu really delivered the perfect hangover cure. The best part of this all was the convenience- tons of parking, no wait time, and the food came out super quick! I always go for the combination pho, and here the pho comes in 3 sizes: medium, large, and extra large. Me and my boyfriend decided to share an extra large pho, and they were able to provide us with a small bowl for sharing. They give you a premix of sauces with chili oil, hoisin, and sriracha. I do wish they had all the different sauces on the table so we could make our own- mostly because I'm not a big fan of sriracha and we weren't able to put the sauce directly in our pho bowl. We also got an order of their shrimp summer rolls. You can tell that they pre-made it ahead of time, which is understandable but it was just a bit stale. We also got their bahn mi with BBQ - the bread was crunchy and paired perfectly when dipped in the pho.
