Came here on one of those days when you know nothing hits better than pho...but lets be honest, everyday is a good day for pho, especially if you come here. The parking isn't my favorite but it's definitely worth a stop if you're in the area. You can try parking at DonQ or walk over from Ala Moana. I also really love the ambiance in here. It's clean, peaceful, and big - definitely great for groups! But again, best for you to carpool. Service was great and fast, it was a holiday afternoon and the temperatures were hot and the air was muggy so I was surprised there wasn't more people. Guess that played into our favor since we got to bond and have a great time talking to our server. My friend didn't know what he wanted to order so he just got what she recommended: Oxtail pho. I got a dumpling pho and my husband got a classic beef pho. They all tasted great. I think the biggest reason why I took off a star is just because of the cost and convenience. My friends do believe it's on the average to mid cost level, but not too outrageous. And just trying to get here can deter someone from wanting to come, but it's still worth a consideration!Overall, there's many places for pho on the island, but this is a location that has been around for years and years that always provides reliable food and service. Hard to find long-standing businesses like that, and we should continue supporting it as an integral small business in Hawaii.

This is one of the first pho restaurants I have tried when I first discovered pho. It never disappoints after all these years. It's a clean establishment, lighting is good in here as well, so you won't be struggling to see the menu by using your phone light. The servers were tentative, came up right away to seat you and bring water and the menu. Several minutes after one of the waters came to take my order and a several minutes after that, he brought out my large 2 choice pho with brisket and rate steak. He had brought the usual Thai basil, bean sprouts and lemon as well.l to complement the pho. I added everything in which made the meal much more heartier! Along with some hoisin, sriracha and their sambol mixed together Ina separate smaller dish to eat with each soup spoonful! The broth was perfect, nice and hot especially great for when you have a cold. Pho has always been comfort food for me, and I've always enjoyed a good bowl from a good restaurant. Parking is limited, but they have some stalls in the front and some underneath the building. Just make sure to only park in the stallIndicated for guest customer parking. Overall, this is one of my go tospots when craving pho and in the town area. I'd highly recommend this place!

Went to Town to watch the Pickleball Tournament that was held at the Convention Center. After watching a few matches decided to grab lunch. Walked up the street to find a restaurant nearby and spotted this Pho place. They were very accommodating when we ordered the Vegetable Pho, and requested beef broth and a side of beef to add to it.I wanted the vegetables and husband wanted beef, it was a great mix. They brought out the beef sliced in thin pieces that quickly cooked in the soup at our table. We still received the standard additions that normally come with Pho.Our server was very nice and very helpful. The atmosphere was pretty standard for a Pho restaurant. Clean and comfortable.

You just can't go wrong here. It's so amazingly tasty. There were also very nice to use with our service animal. Parking is out front and I usually get lucky. It's also walking distance from Ala Moana. Pho and their rolls are so yummy!

Best spring rolls on the island![Location]Pho One is located on Kapiolani and offers free (limited) customer parking! This restaurant is super clean! The owners definitely care deeply for their business. You can see it in the little details. Plenty of seating. Well-decorated. Restrooms are also super well-kept![Food]The spring rolls are currently $17 for 4 pieces. The order comes with plenty of fresh produce (romaine, Thai basil, pickled daikon/carrot), vermicelli noodles and a sweet fish-saucy dipping sauce. The spring rolls were made with love and fried fresh! My boyfriend and I ordered pho with 3 choice topping. The rare beef was delicate (not dry and tough like some places). The brisket was delicious, though some pieces fattier than my preference. Beef balls were soft but with a satisfying bite. The broth is expertly made, aromatic and delicious. Noodles are on the slightly thicker side but delicious nonetheless.[Service]I believe it was the owners I saw today. They were very friendly and kind. They made sure we were cared for! A seemingly homeless gentleman walked in and loudly asked for food in what I assumed was Vietnamese . The male owner spoke kindly to him and seated the gentleman. The female owner brought him a big bowl of something hot from the kitchen. These are the types of people we should be supporting!

Very busy on Christmas so the service wasn't as attentive as usual. We also ordered 2 appetizers that never came. Tonight half the table ordered pho and the other half did family style. I can't believe the price of pho these days which has risen like ramen. I mean it's almost $20 for a bowl of noodles with some bits of protein sprinkled in! Pho with 1 choice of protein is $17.50 2-3 choice is $18.50The Bahn xeo thit (Vietnamese shrimps & pork crepe) was ok but I've had better. Warning: if you are a neat freak don't get this because your hands WILL get dirty. No way around it. We also got the Vietnamese shabu again which came with catfish. This time it was ready made whereas last time we had a pot we had to cook our ingredients in. Glad they were open even though things did not go so smoothly tonight.

Welcome to PHO ONE Vietnamese Resturant on Kapiolani Blvd located in the residence area of Ala moana tower building, been coming to this spot for a bit now and this is my go to spot when I'm craving PHO, I've notice within the past year or so like (2021/2022 or so) theirs new OWNERSHIP at this PHO ONE. Things have changed like their menu books and some dishes I've notice, but still okay I'd say also the ambiance has changed totally the new owner change the whole decor but putting up a lot of plant decor and other things. Service here at pho one is good I'd say but could be better I'd say for me 80% of the time when I'm dining in I'd have to ask for more WATER or MORE NAPKINS. I just feel like the staff now need to come and check on their customer more often as usual. But other then that everything is okay. Would I recommend this PHO ONE spot to other people to check out - YES of course I would recommend it to other people also their parking situation here is good free parking in front of the Resturant and some stall under the residence building area. Posted on 10/30/23 Monday

Pho One still located on Kapiolani below a condominium building.Parking is limited in the front of restaurant and certain stalls under building.Pho One is under new ownership looks like it changed hands 2 times already from the original owner. The combination sandwich I had was light and crispy and the vegetables were fresh, but the sauce they used was tasteless and somehow missing the flavor of the original owner. The one choice Tendon Pho was larger and but my wife said something was missing I thought it had a lot of flavor but if you don't care for 5 spice it was much heavier flavored with that it is a licorice flavor. The tendon was tender and the vegetable were fresh.
