Usually get their beef pho. The portion size is perfect for a nice hot soupy meal for dinner. Love the flavor of the beef to go along with the savory onions and bean sprouts. The mint adds that crispe and cool flavor. Overall one of the better pho I've had!The only reason I removed a star is that it's hard to find parking in the area. But other than that, love the food and service

Came here Christmas Eve. Order standard pho noodles with tendon. Omg, not sure if it was the regular staff, but the broth was LOADED with nasty tasting raw onions, the type that leave you with the most horrible bad breath in the whole wide world!!! Every spoonful of broth I tried to get had onions, I couldn't get a single spoonful without getting these nasty onions. Most horrible pho I've ever had.

Decided to try another Vietnamese restaurant on kapahulu. This one has a small lot in the back but it's shared with other businesses so most likely you'll need to find street parking or across the street in the paid lot.We found parking in the neighborhood and then walked over. We were greeted and seated quickly. Carafe of water w/lemon &mint was left at the table - this was a good move as we drank almost the whole thing. She took our order of Nem rollsCombo phoSoft fried noodles w/seafoodThe nem rolls came out last, which was unusual. They were good but kinda sad the nem wasn't long enough to be in the last bite of the roll. The pho was good, had a nice clean broth. I didn't love my dish as it lacked flavor on the noodles and it was mostly vegetables with some shrimp and squid. I would like to come back and try some other dishes-summer rolls- banh mi- bun bo hue

My sister and I ordered Vegetarian Pho and Rare Steak & Flank Pho to go. They gave us mint water while we waited and friendly kind service. She even opened the door for us as we left. Traveling a mile home upon arrival the food was still hot and steaming. We prepared the order our selves. We asked for extra sprouts and they gave them no charge. They did forget to give us soup spoons and unfortunately we didn't have any at home but that's not a complaint more so an observation. We will continue to go there regardless of that mishap. Thank You Pho Old Saigon. Til we meet again :)

Since I found about their banh mi special (#26) I find myself ordering it again and again, usually via Uber Eats but last week I went myself. I don't know what it specially is about the sandwich that keeps me going back for it all the time but it is awesome. The bread that they are using is nice and crunchy plus the fresh ingredients just round out the sandwich. The combination of flavors plus the nice crunch from the baguette. As I am doing this review, just thinking about it makes me want one, might have to stop for lunch tomorrow. The service was pleasant and pretty straight forward, pretty sure they have grandma's making the food in the back which makes me think the secret ingredient is love. The restaurant I think can fit about two dozen people, it doesn't feel overly crowded, the place is nicely furnished, and the walls have a splash of color with the pictures and there are two TVs on opposite walls. I think the day I was there, one of the TVs was playing a soap opera of some kind. The only challenge for this restaurant just like others in the area is the parking. If you are lucky there is a small self parking lot in the back but that probably fills up pretty quick so hopefully you get lucky with street parking. I think there is a paid public lot across the street, next to Side Street Inn which I'm guessing might also fill up around the typical lunch time.Hopefully next time I remember to take a picture of my sandwich before I eat it all.

If you haven't been here put this place on your life bucket list...We had the shrimp and pork summer rolls, absolutely the best fresh the peanut sauce was wonderful, the Pho was incredible I had the steak, we also shared a chicken salad with their homemade dressing. We are now regulars of the restaurant. The food is super fresh, the atmosphere is VERY clean, the gentleman who served us was very fast and attentive, parking is easy if you can't find any up front plenty on the side street super close. Not often do you get " Wowed" this place was truly high quality food.

Came here not for the Pho, as stated in the name of the restaurant but rather for the dessert drinks. My friend says this place is the best. Can't say im usually a fan of weird flavored jellies and stuff, I'm not really a huge fan of boba either. My brother got the Rainbow Jelly drink (C2) which he always gets. I got the Mung Bean & ruby gems jelly drink (C3) It comes with Coconut milk, water chestnut ruby gems, mung beans, and konjac jelly. I had no idea what any of those things were except coconut milk. But it looks like it had many similar things to what my brother ordered so I just got it.It came in a glass chalice with ice towering over the top. After taking a bite, it was delicious! Im still not sure what each item was but the flavor of the liquid inside was very good, it was kind of malty like corn flakes. I don't know if it was the mung beans or ruby gems or what but it was more than just coconut milk. For me it was the flavor of the liquid, the cold crushed ice and other items that gave it texture which all worked together to make a tasty drink.I can see why my friends like this place so much. The drinks are great. Service was prompt and friendly, though there's only 1 or 2 servers so be patient when its busy. Theres a small parking lot in the back that holds maybe 5 cars, but is shared with other businesses, so if you're lucky you can snag one of them otherwise its street parking. One thing I did notice from other pics were that some drinks come in different cups. Does it depend on what drink you get? is it whatever cup they have available? I sent my friend a pic of our drinks, and he went there that same night, but despite eating in were served in plastic take out cups which he said were not as good because there was less ice.Im not usually a fan of drinks with weird things in them, but I liked this one very much.

Had rice plate that comes with pork chop and cha egg (which is usually baked eggs with ground pork among other things). Very small portion of thin piece of pork. The cha egg is dry (not made correctly). Then there the table that smell bad due to the cleaning cloth not so clean :-(
