I love this place,It's casual, it's kick back, it's welcoming and all the aunties are so cute. Whether I'm in the mood for the best bun bo hue on this side of the island, or a spring roll vermicelli bowl, this place is it.Add in a drip coffee with condensed milk and boy I'm on cloud 9. I usually snag a tapioca topped with fruit for the ride back to the office.

We deviated from our usual Pho place because they weren't open and decided to come here since it was in the area. Talk about being disappointed twice :(We arrived shortly before noon for lunch on a Saturday and the restaurant was half full. I could see that there was only 1 server taking orders, but another server helping bring out the food. We were seated at the first table next to the register. After browsing the menu for a minute, we were ready to order. A few more minutes passed by and I watched as another group arrived and were seated. The server brought them some menus to look at and then a few seconds later proceed to take their orders first. I looked at my husband in disbelief. The server walked back to the front to put their order in the queue. Another minute passed until we were able to flag down the server. He definitely forgot about us. We both ordered pho and an order of sausage summer rolls. The broth of the pho was a little bit plain. It was missing the herbaceous taste of broth that is simmered for hours. It was a disappointment to say the least. They do however give a generous portion of meat. Sadly I don't see myself returning in the future :(

Pho in hawaii is good. I would never think I would say that but it's true. This place is definitely authentic Vietnamese coming from a Vietnamese person. They have the flavor of the broth and the meats in the pho are really delicious to me. I ordered the pho brisket with tendon. My fav. I wasn't expecting it to be good in hawaii but it was good. They had all the accompaniments that u would find in your typical pho dishes. We also ordered the clay pot fish whisbis made using cat fish. It was a little woo sweet for me but the flavors was very good to eat with some white rice. Pho meatball was good also. Same broth as the other pho. Highly recommend this place if u want some pho and u want it to taste decent while u are in hawaii on vacation or if you live here. The restaurant was packed at 7pm when we got there and we had to wait in line for a table so I would say locals know about this place and they also approve. Five stars pho H&H.

I feel like it's so hard to find Vietnamese sausage spring rolls on the island but here they have them and they're delicious! I also got the rare beef and meatball pho and it was solid bowl of pho but nothing super crazy. Will definitely be back for the sausage spring rolls though!

There's always room for Pho. Pho H&H is on the Menu. The establishment is very clean. I counted 54 comfortable seats. So bring the team. I ordered their winter roll to kick things off. In my opinion, roll was rather dry. This is probably due to the pork shavings being dry. Added the sauce but couldn't save it. I ordered #25, their special pho combo. I tasted the both without any additional seasoning, very tasty. I ended up adding chilli oil and Toi Co Don Huta, chilli flakes with black garlic to up the spice level. Added your typical Basil and bean spouts, and lemon, that's it. I think the dish was well balanced to my liking. Dish came with large pieces of tripe, tendons, brisket, and top round. Meat to noodle ratio, perfect. Each bit had pieces of meat, can't ask for more. In closing, Pho H&H offered a very competitive pho experience. The menu is rather large, so come open minded. Until next time, Eat till your heart is content.

Beware, this place gets super crowded at lunch and dinner time, so if you're going with a big party I'd come a little before or after the peak times. The food is really good here, and the ladies that work here are always so nice to us.This time I got the lemongrass chicken on vermicelli with spring rolls. I usually get the bahn mi, which is just as good but opted for the noodles this time around. There was more noodles that I cared to eat, but if you like a lot of noodles you'll appreciate this big bowl. My uncle got the pho, and he said it was just what he needed after getting over a cold. He liked the broth and that it came with so much vegetables. I'll get this next time I'm feeling under the weather or on a rainy day. We ordered my kids the chicken fried rice, and it was kind of bland but tasted good with their house chili sauce and a little shoyu. My kids didn't care for it since it had all those vegetables in it but I liked the addition of the corn in it...something I use at home too.

Pho H & H is the place to go to satisfy your vietnamese cravings. Each items like their soup, sandwich, appetizers, and coffee are very flavorful, fresh, hot, and strong. Service is excellent. All the female staff were welcoming, quick, friendly, and accommodating. No offense, but the grumpy looking lady was very helpful even though she looked unpleasant. The interior has a lot of table seatings. It's bright, clean, and organized.Restroom-located in the backParking-private lotPayment-cash or credit

We took a vacation to Honolulu/Hawaii. After spent a few days in Waikiki area (International Market) and ate various type of foods, foods got boring. We decided rent a car drove around the island. At night, got hungry and found this Pho H&H restaurant on the way back to Waikiki district. Busy restaurant but clean, the service was nice/welcome, the foods were so great and price was very easy. Highly recommended.
