Stopped in the shop twice to order balloons for a certain date, 4.28.19. The first time I was told I could buy my own balloons and drop them off to be blown up, which is fine by me. $3.50 per regular latex balloon is kind of ridiculous. The second time I went in their system was down and I was told to come back another day.Today 4.27.19, I have everything labeled with our name what day to pick it up how many of each and I even sent in extra balloons. Had my son drop it off.He comes back to me with she said 20 minutes. WHAT?! He goes right back, and she already has them blown up. I then go in to have her blow up the extra balloons for tomorrow.This is obviously her bad, she pretty much blames me, says the blue balloons (px balloons) I bought stuck together; pretty much how nice of her that she used the stores balloons for a couple, because she had already charged me before she used the stores.I asked her to please use the extra balloons and we will pick them up tomorrow when they were suppose to be.She said she didn't see the writing/notes on the bag. "Not her fault, and when I come back tomorrow the blue balloons might be deflated."So she refused to acknowledge that she made a mistake, will not blow up more balloons, acts like I should thank her that she used store supply ( when she should have waited till we came back and explained that she thought the PX balloons were crap, and ask if we would like to buy store supply), and did not even offer to refund my 10 balloons for $15. What I can commend is that she did not give me attitude or raise her voice, and neither did I. I said it is unfair that she wants to give us the same balloons that she already blew up tomorrow, and I will just take them now if she is unwilling to blow up more. Very disappointed this is what happened. I will never use the business again.

This is insane. My husband wanted to surprise me on our anniversary with flowers. After tax and delivery the total was almost $84. Now. Normally for a nice bouquet of flowers I wouldn't mind spending the money, but this cheap vase full of 14 cheap flowers is insane. I will post what he ordered and what he received. When contacting them he was told that the florist followed the "recipe" and the flowered have the same look and feel to the picture. They flowers I received are noticeably less than what my husband purchased.

So I ordered flowers for my wife for valentines day. I placed my order Feb 5th to be delivered Fri Feb 14th by 5pm at the latest. Sadly to say the flowers never arrived. Tues Feb 19 my wife tells me she finally received the flowers. 5 days later, really? And this is the poor quality of flowers and sad excuse for a ballon that she received. Yes the flowers are half dead, drying up and look like they are just thrown together. Oh and yes the ballon is deflated! How do you even deliver something like that. Not what I payed for at all. Nothing close! This is a horrible excuse for a flower shop/florist if I've ever seen it! I've will never order through them again!

Tried them again under their new name (Scofield Florist) I assume based off of the card on the flower arrangement that was delivered. Once again was disappointed. Delivered the flowers three days before they were suppose to and the arrangement wasn't even close to what was ordered. The delivery lady forgot the card I paid an extra 3 bucks for and my wife had to stop by the store to pick it up. Sad new name same terrible service.

As a Florist for over 15 years, this is not the place to buy, order or send flowers from. Poor design quality, poor on time delivery, poor selection if you visit the store in person. They take the idea of 300%+ mark up to a whole new level.Way to go AAFES for selecting a service that does not meet the value of "Serving the Best Customers in the World".Just compare their store to the other military options on the island. Pearl Harbor NEX is one example of fresh flowers with excellent design.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. 0 is much more accurate. Please do not order flowers from here. I promise you will be disappointed and you most likely won't get your whole order. We ordered about $200.00 worth of items. The woman was HOURS LATE to the birthday event. The arrangement was a sad pitiful half dead bunch of flowers that had about 3-4 tablespoons of water in it. They said the flowers alone were over $75 but it looked like a $20 item you could buy from longs. They also forgot our balloons and then returned 30-40 minutes later with 5 balloons. Then returned again another 30-40 minutes or so and brought another 5 balloons for a total of 10. My husband was embarrassed because he wanted to surprise me. Also our guests were also embarrassed for him. Everyone couldn't believe what he spent and received. I'm noticing a pattern here on the reviews. Based on my own experience they're all definitely truthful. Dealing with the workers at the store is another negative experience. They're rude, unfriendly and unhelpful. Your best bet is to listen to these reviews and don't spend your hard earned money here. I would never recommend this place to friends or family. I promise your special event will be ruined just like mine.

I had made an order for my sisters 21st birthday and I am honestly wondering who thought that the arrangement sent to my sister was even presentable. It looked as if someone had just grabbed a handful of flowers and shoved it into a tin can that said "happy birthday." Attached is a picture of what i had ordered and what was received. The flowers were not even "arranged." I read the fine print and saw that if supplies were not available, they would replace them with something of equal value. I do not see how the value even matches what was received. It honestly feels like I have been ripped off.I have seen, received, and sent many flower arrangements in the past, and THIS by far was the worse "arrangement" i have ever seen. I have shown the "arrangement" to my peers and they are honestly just as baffled as i am.Long story short: If I could give 0 stars, I honestly would.

Ordered a red fire engine with flowers for my great grandson's birth...he received a gray polka dotted elephant with carnations and daisies. Called the shop, talked to Paula. She said she would get to the bottom and make it right. Never happened. So don't waste your time with this shop, they send what they want, not what you order. They got your money, you get the shaft! I've seen this shop grow a lot over the past year. From a sad empty little shell of a store to a more inviting and welcoming place. The quality of arrangements and service has gone up quite a bit. The employees seem to enjoy their job. It's still a bit bare in terms of flowers just before they get shipments (apparently Wednesday's are the best for flowers I've been told) or right after a big flower holiday. But I've been pleased with it for the most part. Yeah it's expensive but I expect that living in Hawaii.

I would give this business zero stars if I could. I contacted them immediately upon my receiving my disappointing arrangement & they've been emailing me for a month with excuses. I had to file a complaint with BBB because I'm over it. They also go by SCHOFIELD FLOWER SHOP & appear to be ripping every one of their customers off. How sad.
