Kalbi and BBQ Chicken Mix Plate with 4 Piece Mandoo.Slow service, food is just average but you get a lot of food for the price.

Food was delicious! Worth what we paid. Although the lady who took our food was talking so lazily, it's like she wasn't in the mood to work (we went there right before it got busy for lunch). Everything else was great. They gave us enough napkins, food was good. Took my order the way I wanted it.

It is really hard for my to write this, as I am not one to really complain about my food. Yesterday 07/06 I ordered a combination plate (fish jun, BBQ chicken, and added mandoo) When I received my order I questioned where the sauces and mandoo was and the ladies responded that it was inside the plate. Feeling reassured that I didn't have to double check/open up the plate I left the mall and drove home to town.Once I got home excited to eat, my BBQ chicken was missing and the fish jun was soggy and cold as if it was sitting for a long time. I tried calling multiple times but no one answers the 808-484-2988 number. As it was a inconvenience to drive all the way back to pearlridge. My order should of been correct in the first place.

Decided to get a 10 piece side of fried mandoo for my dinner. Service is ok. Speed in getting my food, ok. Food. Just ok. Mandoo is ground beef with a tiny bit is round onions, maybe some other veggies, not sure. Fried pretty crispy but is oily. Taste is ok but nothing awesome. Sauce was the downfall. If you have other items, the sauce would be ok but not when mandoo is all you are eating. I was asked if I wanted shoyu and that's pretty much what's in the sauce except for a bit of vinegar. If the sauce had been better, this would have been a much better meal. I had to ask for chopsticks. Wasn't given any napkin. Not sure if there's a sign saying I must ask, but server also didn't ask me. I have eaten the meat Jun before a while back and wasn't impressed ack then. Guess that's why I don't get food from here very often.

Watching my husband try to finish his meat jhun plate lol seriously tasted like reheated meat. His sides were even worse , corn tasted like straight from the can no seasonings , Mac salad gross! Elbows too el dente and once again no seasonings just straight mayo! That goes as well for the potato salad, mayo no seasonings. I won't be coming back here evn if I was craving Korean food.

My goodness, I can't believe I wasted $15 here. I have never in my life had Korean food that was so bland. The veggies including broccoli and bean sprouts had absolutely no flavor. Not even salt... it was like they boiled it and served it to you. I was absolutely disappointed and my chicken as no surprise had no flavor. I have no idea how this place stays in business... I literally threw away my food which I never do! Terrible, just terrible.

Waited 30 minutes for mini plate order, think cook forgot. Friend ordered, received and was finished eating as I was waiting for plate, when I asked for a refund because I wasn't waiting any longer, there had been only one person that had ordered, she gave me a hard time and asked for my receipt. Wth? Won't eat at Pearlridge location again.

I ordered a regular bbq chicken plate w/ no rice. They didn't check the number on the receipt and ended up giving my plate to another customer. They remade my plate wrong, added rice and burnt the chicken!

I ordered a combo plate - meat Jun bbq chicken plate via Uber eats. Got shorted the chicken.

Kind of half half on this place. I got a meat jun. Firstly, the portions are HUGE. 3 huge slabs of jun for a regular plate. The meat jun was cooked perfect, meat was super soft and not too thin BUT it had zero taste. It was also not drained of oil before being set on the rice so the rice was soaked in oil and was inedible. The sides: the cabbage was so good, seasoned perfectly, not too much salt. The tofu was whatever, just regular tofu. The choy sum had no flavor, and the kimchi was a mixture of two batches and most of it was sour and spoiled, it was so bad i could smell it when i brought it near my face to take a bite. The sauces given werent enough to accommodate to the amount of food i got. This plate could have been so good with some minor adjustments.
