Shopping and dining in Pearl City, Oahu, Hawaii...Pearl Highlands is a long strip mall with two levels. Sam's Club and 24 Hour Fitness are on the lower level, and everything else is on the top. There is another building - on the street side - with Pizza Press and a few other businesses. Parking is free, but the stalls are a bit tight. This is unfortunate because there are many great shops and eateries here!Regal Theater is on one end, and Ross Dress For Less is at the other. The food court, Pearl Highlands Market, is in-between - next to Little Joe's Steakhouse and Liliha Bakery. In the past, I only went to Ross, and the theater. Today, I went to Cotti Coffee inside Highlands Market. Before today, I've been to the food court a couple of times, but now that Chicken & Brisket is there, I will have to return!

A one stop shop with better restaurants than before. FIrst floor is Sam's Club and 24 hour fitnessSecond floor is where I usuallly shop because there is Ross and Jeans Warehouse clothes stores that I like to shop at as well as small restaurant that churn from time to time in the food court, but there has been a bunch of good ones lately, such as Bento and Curry, Jersey Mikes, Chicken and Brisket, Sushiman, etc. as well as regular restaurants like Liliha bakery (also love their cocoapuffs), Buffalo Wild Wings and Little Joes which I have to try in the future. However, Teaespresso closed here, so I can't get my drink/gelato fix while getting lunch here anymore. If they can get another good boba tea establishment,, it would be perfect. There is also Regal Cinema to watch a movie, and great clips, but my son's haircut was overpriced and not as great as other walk-in hair barbers. Sometimes they have special events.Lots of parking at this small shopping mall, but sometimes can get crowded.

5-10-22 This shopping complex has pretty much all you need except for a CVS and a satellite City Hall.A movie theater takes care of your entertainment need, there's several eateries and a food court though not as bustling since the pandemic. Gelato? Thai food? They have that and more.Need a massage? Golf items? Groceries from Sam's? 24 Hour Gym? They have it here.We occasionally come to Ross on Tuesdays for the senior discount like yesterday I was on the search for a simple paper towel holder but nada so I picked up 2 art boards to make a collage and a matching kitchen sink sponge holder and a new drain strainer.Parking is not a problem as they have multi storied parking. The coolest soon to come addition? Liliha Bakery will become a tenant here- beats driving into town and this side of the island is in need of good pastries and cakes. Hope they will carry butter horns, chocolate drop cookies, and the rest of their well known items. There are many more shops so come on by. Really sad that Pier 1 moved out years ago but change is part of it all.

This shopping center is awesome and convenient! From Sam's Club on the bottom level, to a movie theater, food court, clothing shops, and other shops of interest too. It's almost, almost, a one stop shopping experience. The top level is not enclosed, so dress appropriately for whatever the weather may be. And beware, I know front experience, the walkways onvthe too floor can be really slippery when it's raining...There's tons of parking on all three levels, so parking is almost never a problem. I like this shopping center, because it's got a variety of shops and services, and it's always clean with public restrooms located in the food court.Overall, a pretty decent shopping center that can cater to a multitude of needs. I come here at least once a week for something or other.

I love coming here because there's a food court, stores and a movie theater all in this shopping center. Plenty of parking all around. I frequently come to the Ross near the food court to shop. I do enjoy getting my Filipino food fix at Pampanga Kitchen within the food court. Food is pretty good. So many places to go to and with a couple of new restaurants opening up here, I'm getting excited about dining in once they have their grand opening. I come here quite frequently if I have those Filipino food cravings. Now I have a go to spot for boba drinks as I love getting my boba drink fix. I highly recommend checking this location out.

Thank you PHC for hosting the one of exclusively very few craft fairs. Safety is the top priority and though it is indoors they've done a great job of doing that. They'll be having this one weekend every month for the next seven months (May thru November) since were in the third tier I've seen an incredible amount of vendors increased and familiar ones are back which I'm so delighted to see.Lots of parking and Highlands Market to take care of your hangry shopaholic mode. It's rare for me to go to any craft fair so I'm satisfied and this one was a bit cray cray as the lines went back to the theaters you know it's serious business.Welcome back small business stay safe everyone so we can all continue to support each other. Thank you!!

First time visiting this shopping center and I was very impressed with the layout! The fact that I can drive into the second level reminds me of the Walmart/Sams set up on Keeaumoku! It's too bad here Walmart is across the street! Sams is below, and above are a bunch of cool shops and restaurants and even a theatre!

I'm really bummed that Dairy Queen is no longer here..I always looked forward to Oreo shakes being flipped upside down. If it falls out, it was free! Never happened though.. but anyways the renovations made to the food court upstairs is fairly new. The food selection isn't the greatest, I'd like to request Taco Bell! I'm practically here in the food court resting after dragging my kiddo through every aisle next door at Ulta. New restaurants to eat at all around along with a movie theatre and Massage Envy calls for an eventful date night! Hubs and I are football fanatics and would come to watch football games at Buffalo Wild Wings. For a strip mall, it's a bit of a walk from one end to the other. Id usually park on one side then drive to the other side. I miss some of the old stores like Pier 1 and Pricebusters, but I guess the saying goes, out with the old, in with the new!

I stop by this center every so often. They have a Sams's Club, Regal Theater, Buffalo Wild Wings, Johnny Rockets, Game Stop, Ross, some other stores, and a food court. The food court is currently under renovations. I'm not sure if they'll have the same tenants or brand new ones. I don't go to this Regal Theater too often. The theaters in here are much smaller than their other locations. I'm not used to it being so small. The Game Stop here is also smaller than their other locations. My husband and son were just happy to be here, since they closed the Game Stop at Ala Moana. I do like the Sam's Club here. It has less people than the Keeaumoku one. It's great that the cafe has it's own room, sectioned off from the store. I wish Keeaumoku would section off their cafe. It's weird eating there and people are just pushing their carts right by you. They have tons of parking. I've never had a problem finding parking here.
