My 200th review!!!I found Pearl City Florist through the HGEA membership website. They offer 5% off your purchase if you're an HGEA member!There were about 3 addresses for Pearl City Florist but I called the number and discovered they moved to the Pearl City Industrial Park (by SAMs Club in Pearl City). It's a little tricky to find. They're located way at the dead end of the long road that goes into The Pearl City Industrial Park. Their warehouse is inside (not viewable from the street though they have a sign), I'm not sure where parking is, I think I just pulled up in front of their garage.I spoke to Kehau and explained what I imagined for my bouquets and boutonnières! She showed me some pictures, I showed her some Pinterest ideas and she gave me a quote. In the weeks leading up to my wedding we communicated via telephone, text and email. The morning of, I picked up my flowers and was pleased and impressed at the beautiful, full bouquets!I highly recommend Pearl City Florist for your floral needs! They don't have set hours so call the number before you head down!

Wow I have never had to deal with such awful customer service. I ordered flowers for my mom for Mother's Day and 1) she got them on the wrong day and 2) she said they were not nicely arranged and they looked like they had just been thrown in the vase. I wish I had a photo but she is not tech savvy because she's an older Asian lady and doesn't know how to send them to me. I'm sad the flowers were not up to par and that they didn't arrive on the right day as I wanted to surprise her because my dad is in the hospital and she's been having a rough time with it lately.Even so, that is not the problem. I tried calling Pearl City Florist to complain a couple times but they were closed, and then I got an email from my credit card company saying that I had been refunded. This was confusing because I didn't know why I was getting a refund, but I though maybe they had realized their mistake, or maybe my mom had talked to them herself. Either way, I got my refund so I let it go.But, I got my credit card statement in the mail 2 weeks later, and saw that I had been charged twice and THAT was why I received a refund. Pearl City Florist never communicated this to me, I just found out by looking at my statement.Again, this is not the problem.I called today, the day after I got my statement, and after looking into it, they said: 1) I should have called sooner and left a voicemail (I don't see how not leaving a voicemail makes this at all my fault) 2) My mom didn't say anything when it was delivered (but why would she, it was supposed to be a surprise and who complains to the delivery person when they receive surprise flowers) 3) Basically implied that it's not their fault that I was confused by the credit card refund because they don't even have their month transactions back yet.I tried to communicate that somebody obviously knew I was charged twice because how would it then be refunded and why would that not be communicated to the paying customer?The real problem is, that when I called to complain, they tried to pin everything on me like this was my fault. They offered me a partial refund, which I actually would have been fine with but when I asked why I was just getting a partial refund, they said it was because I didn't call sooner. So again, I described why I didn't call sooner - because of the confusing credit card refund. I wish I had gotten the name of the girl who I spoke to because she started raising her voice and continued to try to pin the blame on me. I ended up agreeing to the partial refund because I really couldn't stand talking to her any longer. I cannot believe how they speak to paying customers and I don't think the way I approached this was at all unreasonable. I really, really caution against working with Pearl City Florist when you want to coordinate a nice flower delivery for your loved ones. They were a nightmare to work with and my mom wasn't even happy with her flowers, and they didn't even arrive on Mother's Day. Not at all what we were looking for; we are more than disappointed.

One of the worst consumer service ever. When I called to make may order the woman that I talked to on the phone was very rude to me. She basically rushed me off the phone and she did not get my name or my phone number right so when I went to go pick up my order I had to wait there for almost a half an hour to even get what I purchased. I will never come back here to order any arrangements ever again. I much rather go to Aiea Florists. NO rude people and the costumer service is great and will gladly answer any questions you have for them!
