Come check out Party Pizzazz located on 3390 Waialae Avenue right across Kaimuki Auto Repair. I first stopped at Party City but they didn't have any graduation balloons! Sadly since it's not graduation season. It was a blessing in disguise when I used Yelp and found Party Pizzazz. Diane helped me find the perfect graduation balloons for our youngest brother. She's super friendly and helpful! I also found some cute gingerbread house party boxes. I forgot to take a picture and I already gave them away lol. Trust me I say, the boxes were cute. It's small but fit a good size of chocolates, tea or coffee single pack and a small hand sanitizer. Anyways, I really want to share that it was my first time here and I felt at home with her. The store is small and cute but has a lot of varieties that I'm sure you'll find useful for your next party event - whether it's for a birthday, graduation, or wedding event. We saw a lot of hoops and hurdles in 2024 so when it came time to ring in the New Year, we headed to our local party store to prepare for our family celebration. It seems small from the outside but my goodness, this store has a wide selection of party elements for sale. They have themed decorations for every occasion. I made it just in time before all the fun New Year's deco sold out.Fantastic customer service and great variety of party elements. If you don't use all your purchased items, bring your receipt and inquire about their store exchange policy.Looking forward to shopping for our next party :)

I visited party pizazz to pick up some balloons for a friends birthday. This place has been a staple in the Kaimuki neighborhood forever. It is one of the only balloon stores. The owner is new, she purchased the store. She is super friendly and helpful. She made my decision making easy. I loved that they had so many cute party items. Many of them are unique and things that I have never seen in stores before. Prices are comparable to other party stores. However, support local!Parking is street parking. Credit accepted.

I called last minute for a delivery & Diana was so accommodating! She was so sincere & empathetic when she heard my grand-niece was in the hospital. Excellent customer service! Filled with ALOHA! I will definitely get my balloons from Party Pizzazz again! Thank you Diana!

Excellent Customer Service by Diana!We had planned on ordering 40 balloons to do a hotel room surprise for my friend's bday.However our plans changed during the planning phase. When I get the chance to order form Diana, I will! Thanks so much for going above and beyond in showing me the diff balloon colors via email! Can't wait to come back!

The balloons here were cheaper than party city! Diana was so sweet and even helped me load my 20 balloons in my car, and when two popped in the process she replaced them. She was super welcoming and kind. When I previously went to party city they were rude and uncaring. I would definitely go here over party city!

Stopped by the shop after work around 430. Found a great spot right out front. Put $0.30 in the meter and got 12 min. The guy working behind the counter greeted me and since I was the only one there, he was able to help me figure out what to get. I wanted 4 balloons that would last a day (24 hours) outside. He recommended Mylar balloons. Told him I needed specific colors and the only ones he had were stars. That worked out great since I didn't need specific shapes or sizes. Each balloon was $7 so it came out to almost $30. Great service!The store is very mom and pop like. Found some cute birthday balloons and crowns. If you need a quick stop, definitely recommend this place.Masks are required still so make sure you have one handy. And sanitize before touching items.

THE BEST SELECTION OF BALLOONS! Longs and other places have junk kine to choose from! Come to Party Pizzazz for the best selection! Mylar and latex balloons. Plus other party supplies. This place is so nostalgic but they get current character! Love supporting small local businesses! Never mind Longs or Party City!

Diana is the best! I needed last minute party supplies for a themed celebration, and Diana really saved the day with just a couple of hours notice!I knew party city has been lacking, and saw party pizzazz was right up the road from where I was, so I gave her a call and she gave me detailed info on their inventory, and even sent pictures to me of the items I might be interested in. We made our way over and she helped us decide what worked best for our theme, and set us up really quickly. They are a small but mighty store- you'd be surprised at how much variety they have.
