Party Biz Hawaii

These guys were probably the best part of my kid's 7th birthday party. I contacted them with probably under 2 weeks to go til party and they were super friendly and easy to book with. At the time they had a deal for $365 for any 2 of their services for 2 hours each and I went with the face paint and balloon twisting. I was a little nervous that the quality of service wouldn't be up to par seeing as they were almost half the price of the competition but I wasn't let down. They arrived early to set up and immediately went to work and were cranking out balloons and face paints non stop for 2 hours and the kids kept getting back in line giving them no time to rest. They handled it like champs and I would recommend them to anyone.

Attending a party that offered services for both face painting and balloon twisting. My view is solely for the balloon twisting. Terrible service from the balloon lady. Not sure what's her name, but she was an older Caucasian lady. They were there for about 3 hours or so and never once did I see a line to get a balloon. Probably because 1 of many reasons....1. I witnessed one of my nephews trying to get a balloon and he had to explain to the lady why he was getting another one. **he should not have to explain to the lady why he needs another balloon. The balloons are unlimited for 3 hours! There wasn't a line. The lady was just sitting there. 2. My friend told me that she had to help my other 5 year old nephew get a balloon because the balloon twister refused to help him since she was unable to make the balloon he wanted. She just so happened to be next to the vendor and heard her tell him to "go get your mommy". Instead of showing him the balloon folder of what she could make, she just refused to make him a balloon. My friend went over to help him pick one from the folder of pictures .**I don't understand why she couldn't just show him the balloon folder to begin with... maybe she just didn't want to deal with him. AGAIN, there was no line. **3. My daughter has a whole lot to say about the balloon lady. She kept saying how rude she was... In all honesty, I wasn't going to write a review about the rude balloon twister, but my daughter randomly brought it up again after 1 month. She said "remember that balloon twister lady... she said multiple times that she needs to save her balloons because she has other parties to go to"... **again, THERE WAS NEVER A LINE. She probably saved lots of balloons thanks to the fact that the host had so many vendors!!!!Save your money and go with another balloon twister! Face painter was good!

Pretty good ballooning. There's a small fee for credit card payment, plus paypal tax. Like the list variety. Expected a faster pace, but turned out okay. "Flower bouquet" selection is actually 2 flowers entwined. All in all, enjoyable for the kids.

All my guest praised their work. They were very patient with the kids. You will not be disappointed with their work!!! Those balloons and face paint were on point. You won't regret booking them

i chose this place mainly because the price looked fair. even thou had little reviews. here goes why. very poor customer service!!!!! started out in june!!! i emailed from the website,no reply 1week. i finally call she sounded nice said try email da info on da web again. again no reply!!! dis time i texted her. wait couple weeks again!!! texted her~she finally reply!! i send her da info & wat service i wanted. she said was in the process of purchasing the shave ice machine & said should get it in by the party which is october. weeks go by i no hear nutin or get invoice to make sure date iz booked. i text her again!! she said dunno why i not gettin the text or email. finally august i get invoice cause i text her again!!.so now 4 days before party she tells me her van got broken into few days ago & she has been trying to find another vendor to do my event. why neva call back wen happened, so i could have tried to look for another vendor!! she said she still gonna try look for replacement. i told her lemme know so i knw how fo set up. she neva call back lmk da scoops. day of party i call since we setting up & asked her if she got shave ice cotton candy. she tell me if u ordered it it should show up. i said u said u wuz tryin fo get replacement. den she tell me i cancelled it because u said. im like wat!!! i said noooo u told me ur van got broken into & u were gonna try find someone. ohhh i got the wrong person. i didn't try cause im stressed out & my arm broken & im at sea life park doin an event. why lie!!! i asked am i still at least gettin da balloon guy~yes. so now it leaves me to believe did she give my venue to sea life park??!! das why she couldn't get her story right!!! i ask about refund she said should be refunded already. obviously u had dis alll planned out already!!! so i chk today still no refund!! crappy i gotta keep following up!!! i text her goin back & forth gave invoice #. said they tried but doesn't have refund button. tellin me she don't knw how to refund on paypal!! said wait till afternoon for someone else to try. r u kiddin it's right under da amount!!! again back & forth. i said jus mail it make easier!!! :-x too bad can't leave no stars. but star fo da balloon guy he wuz awesom!! too bad neva get his name. book him separate!! he wud get 5 stars. sample on paypal refund!

We did the face painting and the balloons. Both were such crowd pleasers and definetly made my son's first party really special. Both workers were super kind and friendly. Highly recommend them. And will do again in future. Thank you party biz!
