So I drove all the over here, paid for parking, and was ready to look for at the Louis Vuitton Delightful PM and you guys would not let me in the door. LOL what a effin joke! How you stay in business?! Rent must be cheap. I tried knocking twice and even called them and they would not let me in. Are ya'll on lunch for the entire day?! Why won't you let me in? Because I'm wearing not expensive looking clothes? Ya'll are the ghetto ones here. I do not recommend

When we moved back home to Hawai'i I was eager to make sure my collection made it back home. I had ... to look at my excess and find a place to either sell or consign. Luckily I found the team at Paris Station. After working with them on one sale and now a consignment I am so pleased with the professionalism and kindness. This will definitely be the spot I bring all my excess or bags I don't use or have used. I only have two arms right?!!! Anyways, if you have Louis Vuitton and you're looking to sell... this is your place to order, sell or consign at! Thank you folks so much for being so amazing!!!

I had walked into this store a couple of times over the past few years. No serious consideration to purchase anything. Walked in last week on a whim. Didn't think I would buy anything but I did and am very happy. I bought my holy grail of handbags- Chanel Caviar quilted double flap jumbo bag with gold hardware in new condition. They gave me the purchase receipt with the bag. It's very new. Chastine is friendly and helpful. She is also very knowledgeable of products and brands. I asked at the same time for them to evaluate 3 bags I had. The buy price was a bit lower than I wanted. I went home and asked for a couple of online consignment shops to give me an estimate too. Paris Station is on par or a little better than these other sites. Very happy with knowing that. I called Chastine again and asked if her manager would consider upping the buy price a bit more. Manager did and we made a deal. Overall I had a great experience with both selling and buying from Paris Station. Ask for Chastine if you want great customer service.

I bought an LV denim bag in almost pristine condition about 3 years ago. It's fun to check this shop every now and than to find your dream bag. The LV stores are out of stock on the classic items. You may find what your looking for here at Paris station. Free parking in the back, enter thru king st.

Came here with my mom on Tuesday 11/01 because she wanted to sell one of her purses. Sales girl didn't greet us upon arrival. Wasn't friendly at all. Seemed like she just wanted us out. So out we went! Never coming back to this establishment. Either sell your things on eBay or purchase them at the actual retail store. It's only a couple hundred bucks more at the actual retail store. You'd get a brand new purse as opposed to a used one.

This place was way too pricey and the parking is terrible. I parked at a meter down the street that is a tow away zone at 3:30 pm.

This place is a joke go there about 45-50 mins before closing lady wouldn't let me and my wife in we've been in there a couple of times and the one time we go back to buy something else she won't let us in don't go here

Called and made an appointment to have my LV bags and small leather goods looked at for consideration to sell. The lady I spoke with was helpful and nice. However, upon getting a very low quote for 2 brand new pieces in the store (which included receipts and dust bags), I decided not to sell my bags to them. I'd consider buying pieces from them, but I sold my bags on FB for a considerable amount more than what they quoted me.

The narrative of my review is that of a Seller; my perspective and firsthand experience having consigned with Paris Station Honolulu.I consigned an authentic Louis Vuitton Business Bag Rivoli Monogram women's briefcase of which I was told that the model was not a popular style and would not get much for it. We settled for an agreed amount; with a 50/50 split. At the end of the consignment time frame, I did not receive a call from the store and went back to Paris Station on the last day of the expiration date. I walked around the store to look for my briefcase but did not see it showcased. I proceeded to the sales clerk and announced myself as the seller of this bag and asked about its status; and if not sold to pick the bag up. The sales agent could not locate the Rivoli Monogram women's briefcase in the store and seemed concerned. After several minutes had passed and thumbing through the receipts she finally confirmed that the briefcase had SOLD and went on to explain that it was sold on their online "Sister" store. She politely apologized on behalf of the store for not having contacted me when the bag had sold several weeks earlier. She went on to pay me for the 50% of the agreed portion. That said, I am sharing my firsthand experience and making Sellers be aware that Paris Station (HNL) may sell your merchandise elsewhere without your knowledge, without your approval. Be sure to ask if your merchandise will be sold online and if so, is the price set the same as what is agreed in the store or sold at a higher price Online. Seller will ONLY receive 50% of the agreed price sold within the store. To this day, I am unaware of the price sold online. Also, do your research for Seller's percentage portion, other Resale platforms may be more generous. This was my first consignment and the experience was invaluable. Having a local place to consign is convenient. There are its pros and cons. I am now familiar with other available options and prefer the alternative as it has greater exposure and larger profitability. Hope thud review was useful. Best of luck to all. Not welcoming. Judgmental. Just very un inviting. I'd rather pay the extra $200-300 for the real thing with excellent customer service from Nordstrom or actual brick and mortar.
