There is a universal truth: Everyone poops. You poop. I poop. The mail man. The president. The pope. Everyone poops. So when you've got a party where you're expecting 800-1000 guests for the Yelp Helps Kick-Off party and you've only got two toilets, you will need to order porta potties! I've always wondered what would make someone decide to go into the poop business, aka porta-potties, but when you think about it, at the very least it's got to be a pretty steady business! After firing a rather unorganized porta potty company, I decided to hire Paradise Lua. They answer the phone, they give you pricing and they call you back. Three things which you think any old business would be able to do, but let me tell you folks, this is not so. Compared to the ninkumpoops (pun intended) at the other porta potty company that I had the misfortune of dealing with, I was overwhelmingly happy with the folks at Paradise Lua. $120 for each flushable porta potty unit$150 for a double handwash station$30 for deliveryThe only downside was that when you schedule the delivery they don't give you a specific time, but rather an open ended response of 8 am to 4 pm. But they do call you back, and that's better than the competition!

This place is a joke. I really didn't want to write this because I'm a supporter of local business but this company is ridiculous. First, they don't list prices so you have to call. The person taking the calls doesn't know ANYTHING, she's sassy and quite uninterested with your call. I called for pricing 4 different times. Each time, she said that she doesn't know prices and someone would get back to me. Also important to note, she is unfamiliar with products listed on their page. I asked about 5 different items offered on the page including the auau lima, and she says in such a sassy way, "What is that?" So after describing what I'm looking at, a hand washing sink, she says, "oh we don't have that." Finally on day 4, I got to talk to someone who could tell me prices but not availability. This lady asks, "what do you need the double sink for?" Ummmmmmmm what?! HANDS! It's as big as the sink on an airplane, what else could I possibly use it for? Anyways, long story short, find another company unless you like to go in circles with staff that don't know anything about the products they offer.

i actually requested services through this company for an event i planned during the mid year . After giving a tolerable amounts notice, that i was canceling this specific date to later postpone my event. Paradise lua not only took my 35% "cancellation fee" but couldn't work with me in just rescheduling my services or giving me a credit for my event. As a business owner, word of mouth is the best way of marketing. Because of this, i wouldn't recommend them to any of my family members or friends. I would much rather spend more on doing business with someone else.Ronell i believe shes a receptionist there, has the worst customer services ever. "Instead of arguing Ronell , it might have been a better idea if you gave the phone to someone who could actually do something to help (Liona your manager) ". hint hint. I know there's a certain protocol on these circumstances, but maybe you should look up the definition of what costumer service means. *One week and counting and NO RESPONSE FROM ANYONE :0 (Here's a tip: you shouldn't talk with such an attitude because when it comes down to it costumers pay your salary.

We had camp this past weekend and we decided to do a Portable Potty, only because the bathrooms at Kalaeloa Camp Site was so not the business. Everyone and I mean Everyone who is either camping or living there be acting like they don't know how to use the bathroom there and always gets the toilets backup. Anywho, Paradise Lua was very friendly and affordable compared to the other companies I called around. we had the porta-potty from drop off Friday pick up Monday with a Sunday cleaning all for a good price. The staff there were friendly from start to finish! The only downside is they give you a time frame of 8am - 4pm which is when they will drop off and pick up, Other than that I will be calling Paradise Lua Again.

Never posted before but had to for this pathetic company. Their drivers did not clean the lua for three weeks because they were too lazy to figure out how to drive their truck 5 feet off the road. When we called for a cleaning they drove through the cones on a 1 day old concrete pour and the truck left marks and an oil stain. When I called the main office to complain they prematurely billed my credit card then showed up with a truck and drove on the now 3 day old concrete again to remove the lua. A follow up call has led to no response from management.
