Paradise Jerky

Super random and lucky local find!!! I walked into this kitchen + storefront for Paradise Jerky which sells thin, crispy beef jerky. The owner happened to be helping us and he gave us samples to help with our purchasing decision. He was very kind and friendly telling us more about his family business and each jerky flavor. He explained that their beef jerky flavors have Japanese-Hawaiian influences. I went with the original jerky which is shoyu based and the wafu is dashi based. The smoked pepper is a more traditional American beef jerky flavor. They were all extremely thin, crispy, and flavorful! Check out this business if you love beef jerky and supporting locals!TIPS: This location is only open 3 days a week, so be sure to check their hours before coming in! This is the only location you can buy large packs for $20, while small packs are $15.

The jerky is good but their pricing is tied to giving a review. As I was purchasing a large bag, I was told the price could be $5 less if I leave a review. I declined and paid the higher price because I didn't feel comfortable leaving a review on the spot. If the product is quality and service is helpful, customers will leave genuine reviews on their own.

We had such a good experience stopping in at Paradise Jerky! They provided fresh samples of all their flavors and service was really friendly and helpful. This is a family-owned local business that you should definitely visit!We ended up purchasing a bag of each flavor, our favorite was the original but Wafu and smoked pepper are both close 2nds. We brought these back as souvenirs for friends who loved them just as much as we did!

I was craving for a good crispy jerky and found this place on yelp. The crunch and taste is very good! I've tried many crispy jerkys and a lot that I've tried wasn't a good tasty crunch. It was a hard crunch on a little thicker side or tastes burnt. But this place jerky is thin crispy just how I like it! And the flavors taste just like what it says and not over powering. Not a huge selection on flavors, but I tried all 4 flavors: original, black pepper, lava lava (spicy), and salt n vinegar. I can't wait til they hopefully comes out with more flavors. Customer service was good! Small cute shop. We just parked in the front. Wasn't sure where else to park. Overall, I'll be back again :)
