I cannot rave about this company enough!! Looked forward to writing this review...we have three kids 4 & under and it was our first vacation as a family of 5. I booked all of our baby stuff the week before our trip (crib, pack n' play and high chair). But when we got to the airport I realized we forgot a car seat! I texted them when we boarded our flight asking if they could add a car seat and they responded right away and added it quickly and efficiently with no issues!! They gave me peace of mind during a worrisome moment. Thank you Paradise Baby Co!! All baby items were clean and like new and they have great fast communication! Highly recommend and will def use them again!! Big mahalo!!

We rented a few things from this company for our recent trip to Ko Olina in November. Booking was easy and communication was responsive/clear. The owner was very friendly and went above and beyond to make our trip run smoothly.The items were already in our place before arriving- Which made it convenient and ready to use! The rentals were in great condition and exactly what we needed.We had a little hiccup with pick up due to where we stayed but everything worked out at the end.Overall, I highly recommend this family owned business and will definitely use them again in the future. They had everything we needed for our kids and it will save you the hassle of overpacking.

I was in a major bind after arriving to O'ahu and finding that the airline had broken my son's wheelchair. They were unable to immediately find a loaner wheelchair and my son is unable to walk, so we were struggling to get him around on our vacation. I called Paradise Baby Co and Rachel instantly jumped to action and was able to rush deliver a Bob jogger to our hotel (for a small extra fee). She totally saved our vacation. The jogger was in pristine condition and every step of our transaction was flawless. We're so grateful for her company and recommend to anyone traveling to the island!

Rachel is great! Very accommodating. They have their round about route, but will work with you if you need accommodation with your timing. We rented a few items. Most items looked new. Everything was very clean. Will definitely rent again when in Honolulu Thank you!

We've rented baby gear in several other cities, and Paradise Baby Co has been the best and smoothest so far!Everything was waiting for us at our hotel when we arrived, and they texted a day before we left to confirm the pick-up time.This was the first time we ever tried renting a toddler bed. It worked out great! Our 3yo was so happy to have a bed her size that she could get in and out of easily. It came with a mattress cover and two sets of sheets/blankets, which we really appreciated.We also rented a stroller wagon, sound machine, potty, and step stool, which were all great.The tub of toys was a huge hit - our older kids had fun with it too! Fantastic variety of stuff. The included books were definitely appreciated - we ended up reading "Mermaid Luau" every night!The only thing that didn't work out was the beach umbrella - nothing wrong with it, but there was heavy wind the week we were there and it just wasn't strong enough and kept inverting in heavy winds. We ended up paying for the stronger beach umbrellas from our hotel. My guess is that most weeks of the year that wouldn't even be an issue.But that's really a tiny nitpick - everything from Paradise Baby was exactly what we hoped and in great condition.

Rachel is the most amazing person ever. She got me literally everything I needed to make our trip go smoothly with the baby. I even added things last minute and she was beyond accommodating. Her kindness and compassion for families is so evident. I will use her every single time we come to Hawaii and you should too!

My family and I traveled to Aulani only for my 5 year old to get sick the first day in. We had some unavoidable walking planned but I obviously didn't want him exerting more energy than he had to and was trying to think of a way to keep him off his feet. I decided to rent a stroller. I called Paradise Baby co before hours just hoping someone would answer and Rachel picked up right away. She was extremely nice and empathetic, arranged to drop off the stroller the same day by noon even though we weren't on the original drop off schedule, and was so nice about flexibility in how long we could keep the stroller to use. She was there in a time of need for my family and gave us the peace of mind that my son would have some comfort while he recovered. She was also accommodating with pricing and offered us a coupon code to use. We will be back to this area again next year and although I never rent baby or toddler items, I would rent with this company again for the pure breeze this was and for the lovely empathy for my family in a time of need. I wish I could give more stars.

７日間の予定でベイビーカーをレンタルしました。滞在先のホテルへ配達をお願いしたり、レンタル日程を延長したり、はたまた返却当日に返却場所を変便したりと、色々と面倒なお客だったと思います。でも、オーナーのレイチェルさんは、色々な質問や要請にも臨機応変にそして速攻返信で対応してくださいました。ベイビーカーもとても綺麗で清潔感があり、歩き回ったりで忙しい４歳の息子を連れて交通の量の多い道やモール等を歩く際には本当に助かりました。お値段もお手頃です。是非お勧めします！We rented a stroller for our 4 year old son for 7 days. I requested the item be delivered to a hotel we stayed, extended our rental for one more day and also changed the return location at the very last minuet. Rachel, the owner, was responsive, accommodating and most importantly, very nice. We were very happy with her seamless and flawless service with fairly reasonable price. The stroller was well cleaned and perfect to maneuver the busy streets and the shopping centers with our active child. Highly recommended and keep up with the great work, Rachel!

Wonderful experience. Super convenient to have the rentals delivered and picked up directly from hotel bell desk. Quality of rentals were great and were super clean. Owner is very prompt with communication and friendly to work with. Would recommend to any parents traveling to the island with their little ones. Mahalo!

Paradise Baby Co was a life saver (and room saver!) on our 8 night vacation in Oahu. We had a group of 17 people and they were able to able rent us 4 beach tents, 2 chairs, and a bag of beach toys so we didn't have to pack our own! Love the idea of renting instead of buying so we consume less products and be more green! Paradise Baby Co had great communication, made rental super easy, and we're extremely accommodating, especially Rachel. No question I will use them again next time I'm in Oahu!
