Paniolos - Kapolei

If you're looking for the closest thing Hawaii has to Chipotle, Paniolo's in Kapolei is it! I got a chicken bowl for just $15, this price is including the $2.99 charge for avocado, and it was absolutely worth it. The portions are solid, and they have a lot options for everyone. The atmosphere really embraces the Hawaiian cowboy theme, with more than just sodas for drinks by adding in some limeade and churros to their menu. Plus, one of my favorite things? You can get extra chips on the side--perfect for turning your bowl into nachos! That's the pro tip for those who haven't been to chipotle yet.Service was good for when we went in. There were three people and the assembly line worked really well. I think the downside was when we stayed long enough, we felt in our eyes they were browning the onions and we had to step out LOL.Whether it's lunch, brunch, or dinner, this place is a winner. My friends and I ended up here because Island Vintage Coffee was packed, but honestly, even if Island Vintage is open, my husband and I will most likely choose Paniolo's whenever we're in the area. Highly recommend!

Think chipotle but better.... Food was a step up.. but same setup with a Hawaiian panoplie vibe. The service was quick and friendly. Order at the line and build your taco or burrito bowl. Take out or dine in. Little up charges for extra... but the meats, veggies, and extras are all tasty. Quick easy and good.

The food is underseasoned and bland. The custermer service was not rude but they were like robots. Not welcoming and just there to put the food on the plate. Tables were dirty even though they were well staffed. What was frustrating is that they only serve guacamole if you order oneline. Then they said they qrr worried of the online people getting upset but not the walk in customers. Also they have no signage stating this policy.

Having a bowl of a time...Had a bowl for lunch and for dinner as well lol! Love Palolos in Kahala so you know I had to give this Kapolei Commons a peek and was happy to see that this location has seatings...both indoors and outdoor but what really impressed me is that each booth has an outlet to recharge yourself along with your electronics.As soon as you walk in the scent of yumminess takes on your senses but I stuck to my usual Bowl with brown rice and paniolo meat topped with cheese, romaine, corn and sour cream, I just love it when you're able to create your own. The service here is friendly and fast paying attention to your request and options. A new favorite whenever I'm in the area.Thank you!

I am sad that I did not take pictures when I ate here. My burrito was delicious! I had called a day prior to see if I would be able to eat here. The young lady who spoke to me had offered to check with the kitchen and text me what she found out. When she texted me to tell me that there was food available that I could eat, I was super excited. As I said my burrito was delicious and the portion was generous. The establishment was clean and the staff present were friendly. I highly recommend coming here.

I think of this place as the subway of Mexican food. But if it had a baby with one of those mainland Poké bowl places. Is it Mexican? Definitely not. Do they have Mexican ingredients? Yes. Does what they hand you resemble any Mexican dish at all? Definitely not. Is it good? It's pretty good. You'll get some sort of fancy salad or wrap with Mexican ingredients... But it's definitely not going to be an authentic Mexican food experience. If you go in there thinking you're going to get a decent salad, you'll be satisfied. All in all, I was not disappointed, but I was not impressed. It was fresh, it was fun. It's a fun concept to be able to put whatever you want on the salad, much in the way you can put whatever you want on your Subway sandwich.Would I go back? Probably not. But, if you're looking for a fun concept and an interesting, interesting salad, this might be your place. Logistics. The interior was clean, parking is easy next-door in the movie theater parking lot. They don't seem to be open very late in the evening, but not much in that area is.

Ordered through Uber eats and received my burrito bowl with no guac and salsa. (guac is an extra $3+)I called the store to let them know and upon answering the phone I told the worker that I had ordered from Uber eats. She asked me to send her a picture that the guac and salsa was missing so I did. She put me on hold for 2 minutes and as soon as she came back on the phone she said "you have to complain to Uber eats." I said why, they did not prepare my meal. She then said "I don't have your money they do." No apology was given. I understand it's just guac and salsa but it's the attitude and zero accountability that Paniolos had. I eat here often and usually have a good experience, will not be returning.

Food was good but the girl helping me was rude! The staff here sucks,if it wasn't for the delicious food I wouldn't come back

I had a hard time rating this a 3, the food was delicious however the customer service and added fees were terrible. I ordered nachos and asked for chicken and rice (similar to when you order nachos anywhere else you get a protein) and I was told there would be an up charge, okay fine. Then I was told I could only get two other toppings, so you can't get lettuce salsa cheese and sour cream only 2, or else another extra costs my $11.50 nachos ended up being $21 they charged $6 for half a scoop of chicken and $3 for rice.

Quick and super helpful service. Really good food. I'm super picky about refried beans and Paniolos is pretty good. Great atmosphere as well. Price is right. Highly recommend the home made churro chips with the settee condensed milk. Brought some back to the office and it was a hit. Also brought a bag home and it lasted less than 5-minutes. The homemade tortilla Chips were also fresh and delicious. Parking is easy too.
