This review is for the banana lumpia. We walked by Pampanga Kitchen and glanced at the counter display of foods! My daughter grabbed my arm and pointed to a glistening tray of banana lumpia! Gorgeous caramel like coated banana lumpia!Okay. I ordered two for our consumption!Still warm, I took a small crackling bite of the lumpia. Delicious! Sweet and banana filled yummy goodness. Why have I not tried here before?!? Stop by and enjoy here. I know I'll be back. 5/5 stars

Food is good. Service is trash. I've come here multiple times, in hopes that one day they'll be quicker with service. I'm still waiting for that day.On average they take no less than 25 mins to complete my order. No matter how big or small.I asked for pancit today and was told that they are all out. It was near closing time, so I understood. But pancit is a main food, similar to rice. On top of that, 5 mins after I order I hear another (Filipino looking)woman ordering pancit, and apparently it's miraculously available. It felt like she was picking and choosing which person would be allowed to order it. Me and the other white woman werent allowed to order pancit and it was out for us, but the two other Filipino families it was available for. Racist much?

Our friend from Calvary Chapel Pearl Harbor told her that they loved the food here so we had to try. I had the Grilled Pork Belly with two orders of Pancit. My friend ordered the Munggo Beans with Rice. The food took long because of the long line of hungry people ordering but it was hot, fresh and tasty! The service was pleasant and friendly by two wonderful ladies. The take out restaurant in the Pearl City Highlands Food Court seemed new since the TV monitors still had the plastic coating and brand stickers on them.Everything was there. Lots of parking outside, air conditioning inside, lots of seats and tables and two gender restrooms.

I am not sure what happened. This would be our quick filipino food fix. The service is slow.... They did say they are short handed. A new hire didn't show upThough the food isn't as good as it used to be. I used to have this authentic nostalgia taste.... The pancit tastes like black pepper and hardly any vegetables or meat. I only seen pieces of cabbage. The sari sari- lacked taste. The Pinakbet was overcooked. The lumpia was soggy with oil. The rice had the "brown" residue from the bottom of the pot. We got soda with black floaters. May not be coming here for a while. Not sure if the expansion has anything to do with the down play of the food

After everything I heard about this place, the bar was HIGH! Instagram, Tiktok, and Yelp raved about this place. Not only for the prime location for us central peeps, but because the food is supposed to have been 'ono!Happy to report they were all true!Wouldn't have come here without a group of friends who knew their way around the menu of course. Gotta order the best of the best.My recommendations are: banana lumpia, pancit, lechon kawali, and the halohalo.Every bite was flavorful, freshly made, and as authentic as my friends tell me! Will be back for more 'ono bites when Im in this area!

Not the best Filipino food, but certainly not the worst. I gotta admit, the pics all looked good, but the flavors just didn't hit home for any of us. Admittedly, I still have much more to taste from the menu. The strangest thing was the banana lumpia. Again, the look of it thru the case had me 'sold' but the first bite had me wondering WTH I even ordered cuz the "banana" was a hard, starchy, DRY PLANTAIN!!! I was very confused and even spit a huge piece out after tasting it... idk why they would sell that as a "banana lumpia" because the only thing that said banana was the shape....? It even smelt like a pear....? Yikes.

Delicious Pork Gisantes and Pancit. Generous serving, too! The food was piping hot like I prefer! Friendly service. Next time, I'll have a Banana Lumpia and Coconut Cascaron for lunch, LOL, since it looked yummy. The restaurant is expanding its service counter! Located at the food court at Pearl Highlands Market Center.

Located above Sam's Club in the Highlands Food Court. Filipino comfort foods expertly prepared with very fresh ingredients. Staff members are very friendly and patient. They're doubling the size of their eatery, but still open while undergoing construction. We had the Pinakpet and #12 Lechon with Pork Gisantes. Simply delicious and definitely "Cravable ". Glad we found them now we have a new "Go To" place for Filipino Cuisine.

I've had dinuguan from 3 places on island and this is the only place that has given me that "just like home" feeling. Theres so many meaty pieces of pork and the sibao wasn't overpowering or salty. I've been craving this for a few days now, but I wasn't willing to drive far for it. I'm so glad I gave this one a try because I'd come back here over and over again for it.I probably wouldn't get Turon again though. Wrapper is soggy from the residual heat in the foil. The flavor is all there, I just prefer a crispy wrapper.
