Pami’s Desserts

Pami's Desserts is at the Pearlridge Farmers Market every Saturday except when they are at other events. (Note: They will be taking a break from Pearlridge Farmers Market after December 21, then return on January 11, 2025. Follow them on Instagram for their weekly menu offering and where they will be popping up. They have several dessert offerings such as banana bread, pumpkin bread, different cheesecakes, rice crispy brownies, and way more. All look good and they offer some samples to taste. What really stood out for me, and I ordered a whole bunch of them (20 bags) is their freeze dried pumpkin crunch cake to give as Christmas presents. They were to die for! I've had freeze dried candies before, and maybe other vendors make freeze dried pastries, but Pami's was the first to offer me a sample and I was sold! Light, crisp, airy, and so sweet and tasty. None of the flavor of the pumpkin crunch cake is lost in the freeze drying process. (They have a freeze drying machine.)I ordered them one week, for pick up the next, putting down half as down payment. The following Saturday (today) I went to pick them up and they were nicely bagged, waiting for me. They even gave me a thank you gift bag of their freeze dried malted balls (said to throw a couple in black coffee - can't wait to try it - sounds so delicious!) and a bag of freeze dried croissant bread pudding - yum! They said several other customers were picking up orders, too. They offer freeze dried banana bread and rice crispy treats, too. Have tried the banana bread and it takes banana bread to a whole different level when it's freeze dried. The flavors are much more concentrated, and turns it into a unique treat or gift. Will definitely return in the future when I need a gift, or want to treat myself!
