We didn't end up renting from here, because their quote was over $100 more than a competitor. We were looking at a large, 5-in-one bounce house and generator for my son's birthday party at a municipal park, and while their bounce house cost $20 less, the generator was twice as much and they charged delivery and installation fees that Windward Jump and Slide didn't. These guys do have a pretty nice variety of rentals, are on the Parks and Rec indemnification list, and we're fairly responsive though.

Awesome service and a good attitude towards his customers. Jr. was very accommodating with my last minute request for 10 tables and 60 chairs. Price was reasonable and affordable, not overpriced like some other companies. Our party was on Saturday the 9th and I called him on Thursday the 7th and without hesitation or attitude, he said yes, he can accommodate my request. He was on time delivering the tables and chairs, and gave us a little extra time in the end picking it up. I would highly recommend paina enterprises for all of your party rental needs. We needed to rent just 30 folding chairs for our grandson's third birthday party (his very first party). Junior was very accommodating, even though it was a relatively small request. He showed up on the agreed upon time and delivered the chairs at a very reasonable price. The chairs were clean and looked newer. He's very nice and I'm glad to give business to a smaller operation. So if you need party rentals and/or a bounce house, he is the man!

We rented tables and chairs for a grad party and Paina did not disappoint. Jr delivered the items the day before the event , so that was a huge bonus. We set up quickly the next day. His chairs were really comfortable. I had lots of compliments on how well maintained they were. If you're having a party, he's definitely the guy to call for supplies. Mahalo, Jr!

I haven't rented anything out from this company but just trying to get a quote on party equipment is like pulling teeth. Junior said that he's gonna work on the quote for the items I need but it's been 4 days and I haven't heard back. ‍ well I'll just take my business elsewhere.

Excellent service and reasonable prices. We actually booked another company in advance, but with lack of response when contacting them via multiple phone calls and emails, we couldn't take the chance of not having the tables and chairs for our event. We called another company and left messages, but they did not answer or get back to us in a timely manner. When calling Pa'ina Enterprises (2 1/2 weeks prior to event), Junior answered my call, and was able to confirm what we needed immediately. The process was simple. He communicated via text and calls, was transparent about his availability and process, and kept me informed of when he intended to drop off and pick up. His accountability in communicating really gave me peace of mind. In addition, Junior is very friendly and pleasant to work with. Pa'ina Enterprises were fantastic! We had a nontraditional wedding at a campground on the North Shore which required very specific delivery and pickup windows. They worked with us to get everything we needed just when we needed it, and set up everything for us so we didn't need to worry about anything. They are also significantly less expensive than comparable services and everything was high quality. Would definitely use again.
