Let's talk about my love-hate relationship with PacSun in Pearlridge. Honestly, it feels like walking into a ghost town sometimes.... lots of clothes, but where are the people? I mean, I get it: the vibe is chill, but could we at least get a friendly "hello" instead of crickets?Every time I stroll in, I have high hopes of snagging some trendy gear, only to find myself in a game of "Where's Waldo?".... except Waldo is the staff and I can never seem to spot them! Seriously, I could use a personal shopper, but all I get is an echo of my own footsteps. My daughter loves this store and is all about the latest styles, but I tend to turn into a fashion ghost myself....just floating around aimlessly because, spoiler alert: no one's here to help!And let's not even talk about the times we show up and the place is just...closed. Is it a store or a secret club? If they gave out membership cards for the most elusive shopping experience, I'd be a shoo-in!If you're looking for a welcoming shopping experience, you might want to think twice before venturing into this PacSun. I mean, I'd love to spend money here, but I just can't with the lack of enthusiasm and engagement. My daughter will keep coming back for the clothes, but me? I might just avoid it like it's a haunted house!

Staff at the Pearlridge store are friendly. The COMPANY RETURN POLICY IS TERRIBLE.My daughter bought a pair of shorts on Sunday, tried them on, realized they were not the right size for her, brought them back within a matter of minutes with the tags intact and the receipt ready, and was told that the company policy is that they DO NOT ALLOW SAME-DAY RETURNS! What in the Corporate-Greed-Insanity?...How is that policy even LEGAL?Like seriously....I have never come across a rule like this in all my 40-something years of being a consumer.No same-day returns?!!??Bruh.I will make sure to NEVER ever buy anything again from any store that has this as a policy.

Shopping? yes ma'am! I enjoy this store quite a bit..Also love the fact that if you can't find something in the store, they will call other stores for you! Or you can buy crap online!Well, they always have fun sales and a variety of clothes. I always find something in my size although, with all jeans/long pants, the short length is still way too long for me.The staff in this particular store were friendly and not over-bearing (now granted, I came to the store back in January) The sale we caught was just super awesome! My friend bought 4 pairs of jeans for less than $20.00.Definitely a shopping favorite of mine!#Yelp 365 Challenge - 160/365

It's the GOOD customer service that always brings me wanting to come back another day and shop more

I don't know if I'll be back again, but I got horrible customer service today. I was returning a pair of Nike shoes that I bought at the Ala moana location which costed $110. I got the wrong size and I just wanted to return it. When I entered the store, I just thought I'd still look at what they had. This short, light skinned, asian lady kept pushing me to try on a different shoe size, telling me it was one of the popular brands, and whatnot. She was very irritating and pushy! As I was ready to start to return it at the cashier, she kept pausing to still ask me if I want to try on a different size and being pushy! All I wanted to do was walk in, return it, and walk right out!

I don't know why this place has low ratings. I have never had a problem with the service of this place. The staff is so chill and the people are so friendly. I was able to order something through the PAC sun app in store and they helped me with my order. They even abided by the fall clearance of 70% off because didn't have my size and style.

We came in when they had their "Buy 3 get 1 free deal." We really only needed to pick up slippers for an upcoming trip, but the experience we had at this store was by far the WORST retail experience I've had in my entire life.The cashier was extremely rude and informed us that he wouldn't ring us up unless we go to the front of the store and get more items to complete the buy 3 items promo. We thanked him, but told him that we were only interested in the slippers. The cashier then pointed to the customer waiting behind me and told her, "I'll ring you up first because they need to go look around the store first. I'm not going to help them until they look around." The girl behind us then responded, "No... you can ring them up first, it's okay." The cashier again stated, "I can't help them if they don't walk around the store to look for more items." The cashier then threw his arms up in the air and walked away from the cash wrap. My boyfriend and I just stood at the register in disbelief. What the heck just happened?!We then walked up to another employee, which happened to be the manager. He rung our purchase up, but then said the same thing about the whole "buy 3 get 1 free" thing which started to get really annoying. To top things off, The Manager then pointed to the Zumiez and HIC bag I was holding and said, "You should've came here first because the clothes you bought from the other stores are going to fall apart...We have better things here." I couldn't believe how horrible the service was here! I'm pretty sure my jaw dropped because I didn't think it was possible for a retail store to be this horrendous. Pacsun used to be one of my favorite stores, but from now on, I refuse to shop at this store.

The Jeans are what keeps me coming back! They have really good deals when it comes to the jeans, sometimes they have buy 1 get the other 50% and jeans don't come cheap nowadays! And when I was shopping there for some christmas shopping they had an amazing sale! It was buy one item get the 2nd one 60% but it had to be the same category, for example if you buy a mens shirt you can only get a discount on any male item(s). No mixing and matching but you can't beat that deal anywhere else right now! The customer service was really visible and you could tell the difference between the Ala Moana Store. Here at Pearldige you felt more welcomed and it was very easy to shop around, not so busy! The workers were really friendly and approachable which is always helpful! The only negative about this place are the prices! Although you get good deals when they do have specials you can pay more than you should when they don't have any promotions going on so at times your wallet hurts!

I just went to Pacsun with my friend and the cashier was quite rude. She urged us to buy more when all we wanted to do was pay and leave. I bought a pack of three ring set which was absolutely gorgeous. I left them in my jewlrey box and a day later, the rings tarnished and looked all old and dirty. I tried wiping them off and cleaning them but nothing worked. I was very disappointed expecially since it was $13!

I am either losing weight, or their sizes are "Vanity Sizes". I shouldn't really complain though. There was good deals when I went shopping on day with a friend. She found a cute pair of boots (the last pair!) and got a good price on them from the manager. The shirts,and shorts all in the front and side of the store were buy one and get another 50% off, as well as accessories. I have never bought jeans from PacSun, but the washes are nice and the shelves were well-stocked with all sizes and fits. The deal for jeans were buy 2 for ~$60, which is a damn good deal to me. One thing I find confusing is the fitting rooms. I am never comfortable just walking in to a fitting room without asking. Sometimes the doors are locked, sometimes they are not. I have not seen an associate attend the fitting room before, but I did have someone talk to me from the cashier counter before saying "I'll be right there," since the door was locked.Meh whatever. I would love to shop here again!
