It wasn't bad. Went around 4 on Saturday not even busy. Food came out on a reasonable time. Hot, fresh. Tasty. Big servings. We got nachos, chimichanga plate, chili rellenos and a margarita.My Guyana thought it was pretty authentic. His Carne asada was a little chewy but since it was small pieces it was ok. Chili relleno was good batter was thick and fluffy. Server was pleasant. Ambiance was nice. Plenty of parking. Across from foodland. Our thoughts were it didn't deserve all the 1 star reviews.

If you want the equivalent of a dog food meal then by all means, come here and eat the chili verde plate. Mostly gristle and hardened bits of what, I don't know....See photos.The worst "mexican" food I've EVER had. Ever.Ambiance is great. Service was poor. Server didn't even check on us even though he saw me fishing. Garbage. Total Garbage.On top of everything, they made us pay for the whole inedible meal, $50. The server admitted that the kitchen staff knew that what they served was trash. If I was him, and my livelihood was connected to that kitchen, I'd quit. We will never go here again. You shouldn't either. There's a good Mexican restaurant down the road a mile in the mall. Go there instead and enjoy.

Two stars for ambiance and location. Service tried to be good. And we're nice. But could have been more attentive. The food was not good. And over priced. Wife got chile verde and not good mostly fat and grissel and not a great verse flavor. I got the super burritos which was "covered in verde" but not much on it. And was just okay. For $26?? Well it has a cool vibe and local spot so 2 stars. But I hope the food gets better. May try again.

We were in the shopping center for other reasons, and @Rani R had the onos for Mexican, so we decided to get some takeout from Pacos Tacos Cantina. Service was quick, and we were able to sit and watch the food being prepared in the open kitchen. I was very impressed at the precise manner in which the cook prepared our food, and the efficient teamwork and communication between his assistant and himself. Presentation was nice, especially in the takeout containers, and the portions were generous. There was only one order ahead of ours, so our wait time was very reasonable, as well. Flavors were also to our liking. We'll be back!

Authentic Mexican food right here! Ordered 3 Al pastor tacos and spouse ordered Carnitas plate. He ate it all before I could get a pic. It was authentic no doubt and delicious. We'll be back!!

If you're looking for something casual + a cantina that doesn't break the bank, Paco Taco is your spot. There plenty of indoor and outdoor seating that usually doesn't require a rate. Service is fast. House margaritas are huge. Totally recommend their fish tacos!

Been coming here for months and I only order the Baja fish tacos-- because it truly tastes like the ones you get in Tijuana.But today I ordered the same Baja fish tacos.... They give me the regular fish tacos... I told them and they insisted that this is the Baja fish tacos. I looked at previous Baja fish tacos pictures of other costumers and it doesn't look like this one they just served me!So disappointed.... Instead of them just fixing their mistake, they want to insist they are right. Time to find a New Mexican restaurant

Recommended by a coworker. Kapolei Pacos Tacos Cantina located next to Gina's BBQ and Ninja Sushi. Inside and outside dining with a cozy bar area. Unique kitchen setup. Chefs are facing the dining room so you can see them cooking your entrees. We tried the Chorizos and Cheese appetizer. It was delicious served with Salsa and Multi Color Tortilla chips. The Margaritas were good served with Li Hing flavored salt. For entrees we had the steak and shrimp fajitas and fish tacos. Both were delicious. Our server recommended most of our choices. She was On Point. Wonderful recommendations very tasty and beautifully executed.

Tried this Mexican Restaurant for Father's Day.Staff seated us outside as requested. Very friendly hostess seated us and took our order. The outside patio was pleasant although on the noisy because of the road nearby.I ordered two Pork Asada Tacos, they were just okay. They lacked seasoning and in my opinion for Street tacos they were overpriced $13 for two small tacos alacart. Husband ordered a burrito, which was huge and very tasty, which is why I am giving 4 stars plus service was good. He ended up taking half of it home for lunch the next day.

Food here is amazing! Great drinks, great service! I'd give them 6 stars if I could! Best Mexican food on island! Don't sleep on this place!
