I was referred to this location by several of my colleagues in the industry, and I was not disappointed. Amber is truly a gem (pun intended). Called a week ago, asking for Amber's next available time slot on a Saturday (I work Monday-Friday, and I wanted to be able to take my time with this process). They were able to take me in the following week. But just know that Saturdays are their busiest and Amber is requested for often (back to back bookings). Getting here was easy, entrance is on Sheridan Street (one way in) and exit is on Kapiolani Blvd (one way out). They share a parking lot with Runner's Route with about 20 stalls. When we arrived, there's a ring camera and loud buzzer when you enter, but it's nothing to be afraid of. We were promptly greeted by their host, advising that we had reservations. The host sat us down and offered coffee, tea or water. Amber was wrapping up with her previous appointment and joined us shortly after. During the process, Amber was honest, upfront and told us the pros and cons of the things we were looking at. Though other customers did pop in unexpectedly asking for her during our time with her, to which she politely greeted but kept them moving along. Ted (the owner) even stopped by to greet us and thank us for coming in today. All in all, we're happy with our time there. Though it felt a little chaotic at times (Amber really needs to clone herself), I still felt valued. Can't wait to see what the final product looks like in about 6 weeks!

Well my 10 year anniversary is coming up around the corner so had to do some shopping for my wife . Shout out to salesperson Beverly she made my experience very easy and she was very informative and didn't push like a hard sell salesperson. Pacific Diamond has two location one located on Kapiolani Blvd and Sheridan St. and their other location is in the Waimalu shopping center with Safeway and City Mill. If your looking for basically anything chains, rings, loose diamonds, pendant, bracelet and watches they have it all . Especially their the only jewelers in Hawaii that has a gem cutter on location in house Wow! That's mind blowing. All the sales people there are very friendly and not pushy and very knowledgeable in what they do . I particularly had Beverly as my salesperson but now she moved to their Waimalu location . I highly recommend this company for anyone whose looking for that particular love one . Support local

Shopping in Honolulu, Hawaii...A very, very long time ago, I was a customer at Pacific Diamond. I'm sure that I had a different mailing address at that time. Somehow, Pacific Diamond got my new address and sent me a flyer to come in for a free crystal pen (while supplies last) and a chance to win a pair of $2500 diamond earrings! Let's go!The entrance to the free shared parking lot is on Sheridan Street. There's only one way in and one way out.The interior of the shop is spacious, bright, and clean! There are many display cases filled with bracelets, necklaces, pendants, earrings, and more! They're a full service jewelry store with repair services, too.I was greeted right away. I went to the nice lady who had just finished an interaction with another customer. Everyone else was busy with a client or couple!It was easy to get the free pen. I showed my flyer and was given an entry blank. I used my new lucky pen to write my name and phone number down.Hope I get a call soon, so I can pick up my beautiful cluster earrings!

From the international interior decor, neighborhood recognized 'facade' to the more then entertaining and knowledgable staff. The diversity of the staff is progressive. They handle everything properly. Pacific Diamond was the only place in Hawaii that could get my watches fixed proper.

I came here to sell some old jewelry & was a little skeptical even though I had read previous reviews, not gonna lie.I was so pleasantly surprised that everyone was so welcoming & helpful. The store was beautiful & clean. They also had some beautiful jewelry that I am putting in my bucket list!!Amber helped me, explained everything to me in detail, and was so nice!! She is amazing & answered all of my questions. I will definitely be back when I wasn't to purchase any jewelry or have something made, too!!
