The staff here are really friendly and extremely knowledgeable. The stones and styles are so beautiful. I got to meet the owner Tom too! It was over all the best jewelry experience I've had. They gave me a great deal on these emerald earrings just in time for Christmas! The store manager Jon told me all about the origins of the stones and much more. This shop has the most spectacular opals & pearls, and lots of other gorgeous jewelry. Everything is just stunning and unique. Was looking for a place selling Denny Wong sunrise sea shell themed jewelry . This was the placed recommended by the Denny Wong customer service. I bought matching beautiful earrings to the necklace I got on Kauai. The salesman didn't have the right box to store the earrings though. The earrings are lever back earrings. The box he gave was only for earrings with backings.

First and foremost, Tom Wheeler, Owner of Opal Fields is an honorable and experienced jeweler. Initially, I made contact with him to provide words of encouragement, after an unfortunate robbery at his beautiful jewelry store. After our initial conversation I realized I needed my watch repaired by a certified Cartier dealer. He oversaw the safe delivery, repair and return of my watch. I also had a vintage turquoise amulet in need of a strand of pearls. Tom has on sight designers who fashioned a clasp and he also had some of the finest strands of pearls to choose from. I made the purchase of pearls I have wanted because he had proven to be so knowledgeable. It was an unfortunate event that brought us together as client and business owner. I bought unset stones on a recent trip. Tom created the most perfect pieces of jewelry from these stones. The opal is now a pendant. It's perfect.. The setting only enhances the stone. All you see is the opal. Just what I wanted. The moonstone ring also has a plain yellow gold setting to let the stone speak for itself. Tom is not just a jeweler but an artist with impeccable taste. I really can't say enough good things about his skill and his attention to my own taste and requests. Aloha Tom and thank you.

Fake Jewerly. i purchased from Tom a ring for my fiance. He first overcharged me like crazy but i thought hey, since we're in waikiki hawaii, why not? i surprised my fiance with the ring which she recently just tested that the ring was fake. i had trusted the location but this is just wrong. i tried to contact the store but the phone doesn't even pick up. i got scammed $30000 dollars and now i can't even get a reply. I hope this place gets shut down so no one else has to go through what i went through. Tom needs to be in jail.

this spot has some serious issues!!!i came in looking for a necklace, and the guy with long hair and glasses, didn't want to show me anything. is it because i was dressed casually?? he showed me a few options but there wasn't anything that popped out for me. i said i'll keep looking around till i see something i likehe said: come back when you get more moneyi said hold up, what'? did you really just say that to me? he then said take my card when your not a broke asian this place is RACIST and shouldn't be in waikiki.
