Ono Steak & Shrimp

I think it might have been a steady evening for the crew it was about 6:30p when I arrived and two people ordered in-front of me. Wait time was about 7-10 minutes (I didnt wait that long).I ordered 12 oz Steak plate*medium well *all toss w/ranchMy food was DELICIOUS my compliments to the kitchen staff.Cooked to perfect temperature and seasoned to perfection.

Very happy with our meal here. Good food and decent portions. I wish there had been a macaroni salad option, but the salad was fresh seeming and all the meat was seasoned well, so no complaints there. The staff was very friendly and helped us with all our questions and pick up.

I have a stomach ache after eating less than half of the 8oz steak and shrimp plate! It was so greasy!! The rice was swimming in butter. And I love butter, but it tastes and feels like low quality butter, unless it was some weird butter like substance. The steak was way too salty and the flavor was blexh! How do you eff up steak?? And ordered a $10 fried noodle plate, and that was also swimming grease. I could taste the vegetable oil. They served it in a paper plate And the grease turned the plate into a soggy mess. I will never spend $48 at this establishment ever again!! Overpriced greasy sloppy food! Gross!

We like going here when we just want a simple plate lunch dinner. Exactly like their name says they are known for their steak and shrimp. They do serve other items like fish but I always stick the with the classic combo. It's consistent and priced reasonably compared to other places. They offer sauces on the side to dip your steak in and I always get the finadene sauce. The shrimp is super garlicky which I love and the steak is soft and seasoned perfectly. They have indoor seating and a couple tables outside as well. I've always had good & quick service when going here.

Recently went in and ordered a 12oz steak plate with an additional 4oz only to find out it was actually 11.5 oz of steak. Each additional oz of protein is $2.50. Kind of disappointed to know that I'm short 4.5 oz of steak even though I paid extra. I'm currently tracking my macros hence why I decided to weigh out my food. Not worth the $30!!

1st time trying this place and it was just alright.The best thing was the steak. We ordered medium and as you can see it's definitely well done. Even though it wasn't cooked properly the player was good and the steak was soft.The shrimp was cooked well but tasted more salty than anything.The fried noodles tasted like fish. I think it had too much fish cake.The chicken tasted nothing like teriyaki and was kinda dry.We spent over $43 for these 3 items which I think is absurd!Not worth the price for the amount of food in my opinion. We ordered both plates with all rice instead of the toss salad and rice. They did not skimp on the rice, lol.I don't know if I'd go back but if I do I'd order just steak bu the lb if possible.

This spot was quite disappointing. I don't like to leave negative reviews but the customer service here was really upsetting.I was craving a steak and shrimp lunch and this place popped up near where we were headed. We decided to stop by after the beach. The lady taking our order seemed quite nice and chatty as we were asking questions about the menu, since we weren't sure what's good here and they don't have accurate photos or detailed descriptions of the entrees on their menu. This spot had a bit of a dark ambiance on the inside, with all the seating awkwardly spread out.I ended up ordering the steak and shrimp plate with rice and salad. My friend, who ordered separately, got all shrimp since she doesn't eat meat, with noodles and salad. After ordering and spending around $25 each, my friend received her order and noticed that the noodles had pork in them. She kindly asked the lady at the front if she could remake the noodles and the lady responded by rudely asking why she didn't reveal her dietary restrictions before ordering ??? Her attitude toward us completely changed after this even though my friend was being very apologetic. Nowhere on the menu does it mention what comes in the noodles, so how would we assume it has meat if it's not written anywhere on the menu and when we mentioned this fact, she continued to blame us for not knowing. We got a really bad vibe after and aside from the menu being deceiving, the chef too was really upset that we asked them to remake the noodles and they were very passive aggressive after we received the second order. In terms of my actual order, the food was alright. The shrimp was cooked well, the garlic butter was a bit too heavy. The steak was underwhelming and slightly overcooked with no flavor really. Rice and salad were good, nothing crazy. Truthfully, we lost our appetite after this interaction and this review would've been a higher rating if it weren't for how the staff acted.

First time trying this place, wasnt busy when i went so the wait wasnt long. The food was good, steak well seasoned, shrimp garlic'd up. They offered some sauce on the side to go with the steak but it didnt need it. Will be back when im craving steak again

Steak is super oily. Not even cooked to what I asked for. I asked for medium rare and it was well done. Shrimp was eh. Cooked ok, but way too salty. Service was good. Kind people. Worse than average.

We ordered take out on Sunday for a late lunch. We ordered the steak plate and the garlic shrimp plate. When I got home we opened up the plates and we got one steak plate. We ordered medium rare but got medium. It was a little overcooked but the flavor was good. We would get the steak plate again. The garlic shrimp plate was just rice and salad...what a bummer to get home and open the plate. I called the restaurant and spoke to a young woman and she explained that she wasn't there and she is correct that she was not the person that took my order or ring me up. She asked if I would drive back to pick it up and I explained that I was already at home and didn't want to drive all the way back. I asked if they would deliver the shrimp to us and she said that they don't do that. I simply asked for a refund and she had to contact her manager or the owner. I provided my number and so far I'm waiting for the manager or owner to contact me.
