I've been a huge fan of Ono Kuki Company for many years. They offer such a wide variety of flavors and they are ALL ono! These cookies are packaged well and make wonderful gifts for anyone. I've shared these with my coworkers, landlord, family, and friends both on island and across the sea.I used to buy the Chocolate Chip Arare cookies every week at the Fort Street Mall Farmers Market. I could eat that every day and not get tired of the taste. My husband would devour the Sprinkles cookies. I stopped working downtown so haven't been able to get my cookie fix for a long while. But I finally made my way to the KCC and Mililani locations and it was well worth the drive. These cookies taste just as good as the first time I had them. I'm so happy to be enjoying them again. And I'm so thankful to have seen Stan after so many years. I adore the father and son duo! They always have ono samples as well as good vibes to share. I always leave happy after talking with them because they are both solid and likeable gentlemen. I call Stan and Scott "The Cookie Men" and I always tell people about their cookies being THE BEST EVER!Find these cookies at the KCC Farmers Market (2nd & 4th Saturdays,) and at the Mililani HS Farmers Market (1st & 3rd Sundays.) I usually check https://hfbf.org/farmers-markets/ono-kuki-company/ so I know where their booth located.

Really delicious cookies! They're also locally made! We always make an effort to support local businesses. So, it's nice to find a local cookie company/bakery to feed our sweet tooth. It's also a great option when you need a unique, made-in-Hawaii gift for family and friends. I believe you can find their cookies at various farmers markets around town (check their website).

I haven't had a cookie this good in a long time. I'm so glad I found Ono Kukis at the KCC Farmer's Market! While casually perusing the market for goodies, I came across Ono Kuki's booth. I saw a lady buying heaps of cookies and I knew right then and there that they must be good. Luckily, they offered samples of all of their cookies so you can make an informed decision on which ones to buy, but truth be told, they are all delicious, so you can't go wrong!Initially I was after the chocolate chip cookie, but the gentleman giving samples said to try their best seller, the lemon macadamia nut cookie. Whoa! Now I know why they are their best seller! The texture is crispy and light and the flavor so yummy. I love the lemon flavor and the buttery goodness of the macadamia nuts.Of course, I had to buy a bag which was only $4. I loved the price and how generous they were with samples. Naturally, I took them home to my fiancé who loves them. I've also given a few to friends who can't get enough of them. Seriously great cookies. I can't wait to buy from them again!

SERVICE: The old man running the booth is super cute and helpful. He said he's not a big coffee person, but his favorite flavor is the Coffee. When I was trying to decide between the bag of three for $1.75 and the bag of eight for $4.25, he took out his phone to calculate which one would be cheaper per cookie for me even though I said I could do it on my phone. And when I was about to buy a few bags of eight, he suggested I get just one bag of three first to see if I like it. That's how you can tell they care about their customers' satisfaction, and not just money!TASTE: I've only tried one flavor, but it's SO GOOD! I'm sure the other flavors are just as yummy. I went to the farmers' market at Blaisdell Center last week and bought a bag of three Coffee cookies on a whim. To be honest, I wasn't expecting much. But oh my goodness, I was absolutely wrong. I inhaled the three cookies and immediately started looking forward to the next farmers' market. This week I made a beeline for Ono Kuki's tent, knowing I had to get more than last time. Now, I'm a chewy cookie girl, but I think this crispy cookie is one of the best cookies I've ever had (and I've had a lot of good cookies!). It's light and extremely addictive. Three seems to be the minimum number of cookies I eat in one sitting. The coffee flavor is definitely there, and the semi-sweet chocolate makes it extra delicious. The cookie itself is buttery and melts in your mouth. You can tell they put time and love into perfecting the recipe. You can taste FRESH, HANDMADE, SMALL BATCH, LOCALLY MADE goodness in every bite.I saw on their website that they've been around for over 15 years. I wish I discovered them earlier, but I hope to be a customer for years to come. I know I'd love to receive their cookies as favors or gifts.

So I ordered 140 of the 3 pack cookies for a grad party I was planning. They sell them for $1.60 each and individually pack/label them by flavor for you. I added my own label and ribbon myself. First of all I was very impressed by how quickly they respond to emails regarding cookie orders. Second of all it was so easy to pick up the order at the blaisdell farmers market. Not only did the cookies taste great but the guy working the booth also carried the boxes of cookies from the farmers market all the way to my car in the structure and threw in 5 extra cookie packs. I would definitely recommend these guys for party favors!

Ono Kuki Company: We have been enjoying their Russian Cookies every other week at the Honolulu Farmer's Market. I cannot remember which week is their week, but seems like No Ka Oi Cookie Company and Ono Kuki are never at the same time.
