One’s Rent A Car- Hawaii

The reviews were all right! This is a good place to rent a car from. The next time we visit Hawai'i, will definitely rent from them again. We were well-treated by the lady at the office, and even the shuttle driver, and the workers at their main office were all accommodating. We never encountered any problems renting and returning the car. They were so easy to talk to. We never had an amazing car rental experience before One's Rent A Car!

This rating is solely based on their customer service! I was in need of a rental last minute and was staying near their office. The couple who helped me on the phone were patient and allowed me to set up a temporary reservation until I was able to find what worked for my family because we were in need of a large van with over 8 seats. I appreciate their patience and they had one of the most affordable prices on the island!

Cheap local car rental with free parking in Waikiki. Totally worth it if you don't want to pay for hotel parking. Car isn't the biggest or cleanest but it's great for getting around Oahu.

These guys are flexible and easy to use. If you're staying in Waikiki they're in a convenient location and include free parking which is a huge benefit.Renting the vehicle was the quickest and easiest I've ever experienced. Unlike traditional rental agencies were you first wait in a long line and then stand there for what seems like an hour while they endlessly type info into their computer just to rent a car. At One's the paperwork was simple, quick and the entire transaction was done in about 5 minutes.The cars are not brand new but I don't care as long they are in safe working condition which they are. I'll definitely use them again! The only reason I gave them 4 Stars is their cars are not brand new.

I'm hesitant to give this place a five star review because it's such a great deal that I feel like I need to keep on the down low. Haha! Seriously though, during a trip to Oahu for a few days in July 2021, Amy T. and I were having a tough time finding affordable car rental spots. We even initially reached out to One's via e-mail, who notified us that their cars were not available during the three day span that we needed them. However, after calling to confirm, we were able to rent a compact car for two days, and a full size car for the third day on separate reservations. Not only did we get the reservation via phone, but when we arrived, we were upgraded to a mid-size for the first two days b/c another reservation was cancelled. We loved the Toyota Corolla (mid-size) and Toyota Camry (full-size), and it was very affordable - only $60/day for the compact and $72 for the full-size.There was also a free parking area for One's Rental Cars a few blocks (7 min walk) from the Waikiki Sand Villa Hotel (where One's is housed inside). The parking lot is open from 8am-7pm, so you can only access it during those hours, but if you want to avoid high parking fees around Waikiki and plan to spend the evening walking around anyway, take advantage of that!

Lied to my face about the price of the car. Also insisted that I needed my policy number for my own insurance to cover the car. Yeah like I have that 3000 miles away from my home. Would not accept the coverage that my credit card gives for a rental car either so I had to pay the extra 20 bucks. Car was fine a little beat ran fine brakes were a little squirrely but it got us to and from where we needed to be. Returned our car in plenty of time got it back at 6:30 when you're supposed to have it back by 7:00. Lied to us again there is no shuttle service back to the car rental place after 6:30. Not what they told us when we picked it up. Did not feel that they cared about anything but securing the rental and don't care about a return customer. Next time I will definitely go with one of the National rental placesPretty sure I was discriminated against since I wasn't of Asian descent

Arigato... Thank you One's Car Rental for providing a great and affordable service during summer time and pandemic. Other car rental company (ahem... Lucky owl) takes advantage of the "because it's Pandemic" crap... they tried to charge a lot for 6 days. This place has very affordable rates. I used them for a one day trip out. They are conveniently located near all the major hotels on Waikiki beach. Registration was fast and efficient which took less than 15 minutes. Furthermore, I left my sun glasses in their car and they were able to find the next day and returned it to me. I will definitely rent from them again for their efficiencies and honesty.

Great location, shuttle service, communication, car was also nice and drove well. Excellent experience and will go to them, always, when in Oahu!

Super friendly people. We walked in the last minutes, driving in 30 minutes! The lowest rate compared to the national rental car companies. Everything was above our expectations. Thank you for your great services!
