Contacted Kianna to make sure she was available on the day of our event and she was, so I purchased the Groupon. AFTER purchasing the Groupon, she said she would not accept it for that date and that I'd have to pay full price if I wanted her to show up. She was incredibly rude and I ended up reporting her to Groupon as a result and fortunately got a refund.Definitely would not rebook through On The Go - there are enough other options out there that you don't have to put up with rudeness, ESPECIALLY when it's your wedding.EDIT: In response to my negative review, owner sent me an incredibly insulting email letting me know that her poor customer service was my fault. Absolutely unbelievable - AVOID THIS BUSINESS!

BESTEST PHOTO BOOTH EVER !!! We booked with kianna and Herman and everyone LOVED THEM!! They are very professional and fun to work with !!! When I arrived at the venue they had all their props set up and I was super stoked at the set up and how my guest were able to email copies to themselves to post on social media !! They have a lot of different packages and they got back to me if I had any questions !! We will for sure be using them for future parties!! Some ppl from our party actually booked them already for their parties !!! Thank you so much for capturing our day and making it special!!!

I met Kianna at a families function. When I contacted her for more information, she was very helpful, very professional, and super affordable. I told her that we were planning a Casino Night / Just Like Vegas theme for my dad's retirement, and what I had planned for the night.Working with Kianna has been fantastic. Before our event, she emailed me a lot of different style templates and designs for the pictures. Kianna was very patient with me as I have a very difficult time making decisions. The day of our event, they arrived at our venue early to setup. 15-20 minutes prior to our event beginning alot of our guest started to arrive early. Because they were quick to setup, they allowed us to begin the photo session early. The photo booth was a blast to have at our event. They had so many props for our guest to use and have fun with. The staff that ran our booth was super friendly, very helpful, and great to work with. 30 minutes prior to our time ending the photo booth, the staff informed us if we could make a finally announcement for the booth. The staff also informed us that he would like my family and the person the event was for to take the final shots.As our photo booth session was ending, there were still quite a few guest that wanted to take pictures. The staff was very understanding with our guest even tho we had past our contracted time limit, they did allow us to finish up the last guest that was still in line.After the event was over, Kianna contacted me the very next day to let me know that the photos were already ready and uploaded to the web. She also wanted to find out when she could meet with me to hand over the disk drive she made with all the photos on them.Kianna was an excellent choice for our event. She is such an awesome person to work with, very helpful and sooooo affordable. I highly recommend using her at your next event. What is a party without a photo booth? That's right, it isn't a party. I highly suggest anyone that is throwing a party and has room... yes you need some room as this is an open air photo booth and not one of those cube type ones. You also need some tables too. Why the tables you ask? Well that's because they have tons of props. I mean tons. Boxes and boxes of props for you and all of your guests to make some cool pictures. You can even bring your own too. They have everything all laid out on how much space and tables you need. They even give you options on the layout of the photos. You can customize them by putting the event name, date, picture of the bride & groom, baby, company, etc. They are awesome. The only thing I suggest is if your guests like to take large group shots is to get a single picture or maybe two as sometimes they all don't fit in the shot. Other than that everything else is awesome. I've been to a bunch of parties, weddings and so on that had photo booths and some were good but none had tons of props like these guys do. The next time I have a large event, I will be calling On The Go Photo Booth to make sure they can be there as they rock and all our guests were really happy. Did I mention they even give you a flash drive so you can see all your crazy family and friends pictures. You will be cracking up for sure. You can't pay enough for memories and fun!

My cousin was so nice to get this photo booth company for my baby's birthday. My baby's party fell on the day of the hurricane. I am so glad they were able to come to the party. They were able to came early to set up even thought it was raining. I was afraid they would cancel on me!!! They had so much props!!! The guest who were able to take a pic said they enjoyed the experience!!!There was a lot of guest who were disappointed with the service. I don't want to put a company down but this is what happen:- the picture of my baby on the picture collage print out had a weird spot by her mouth which was not there on the original photo and on the master before they showed me- they were rude to my guest- they didn't tell me they were leaving or gave me time to give a warning to my guest to take a pic before they were going to leave - I didn't even get to take a pic The contract was with my cousin, but she didn't get word they were leaving too. If I knew they were leaving early I would have paid extra to let them stay so that I could at least take pics.

On the go photo booth provided an awesome experience for my family. Their services were great for my daughter's graduation party last year with unlimited pictures and a variety of props for all our guest. What we enjoyed the most was the affordable cost. I was lucky enough to see an ad from Kiana many months prior to our party and booked her and we were completely satisfied and referred her to our friends that needed a photo booth as well and we are actually having them again for our second daughters graduation next month!

Kianna and Herman did a great job for my sons birthday party. Came early for set up and had tons of props. My emails and phone calls were returned promptly. Everyone enjoyed themselves and would highly recommend to anyone who has a upcoming events.

Hermen and Kianna just did our baby's 1st bday party last night and they were amazing! First off, I'm not great at visualizing a design before seeing the product, so I just explained to them something I had in mind and they created an even better version for our photo template! Then, they arrived way before their scheduled time to set up which I thought was awesome. Everyone was so excited for their booth to be ready after seeing how high tech and the variety and amount of props they had! They also had this cool "ring roamer" that I've never seen before but everyone loved it! Very professional and friendly married couple that we would highly recommend to all of our friends and family.

DO NOT USE THIS GROUP! Very unprofessional. All email correspondence had spelling errors and type-os. When they attempted to put our 2 company logos on the design, they changed the aspect ratio and distorted them. Pulled out of our event the day before!!! We booked for our event with them over 3 weeks in advance and double checked that it was okay that we were booking within 30 days of our event. They assured us it was okay and took our payment. Email communications were difficult. I kept being asked questions that I had already answered on the forms I was asked to fill out for them, and again, there were formatting errors on the form. I was upfront about being unreachable over the weekend before our event that was on a Thursday and recommended they get the design to me before the weekend to give us all ample time to make adjustments if needed. They didn't end up getting it to me until Monday, and that's when we saw the design was messed up. When asked for the correction to be made, we were told because it was close to the event that they would only allow one more change. This concerned me because I wasn't asking for a change, I was just asking for our logo to be correct. It was clear the person trying to make the designs has little to no experience with PhotoShop. When I sent an stern email the day before our event expressing my concern with their service thus far, I was told I should find another arrangement for our event. THE DAY BEFORE, THEY PULLED OUT ON US! And even better, over 2 months from when they took our payment, we still have not received the refund.To demonstrate the horrible service I received from them:When they canceled, I had 24 hours to try and find another photobooth to do our event. I called 6 other businesses in Honolulu, and all 6 of them got back to me within 3 hours. And the one we went with was able to build a beautiful template design, with our logos, and it was perfect! They even gave us a discount to match the price we were being offered from OTGPB when they heard about our terrible service and the resulting pinch they put us in by canceling the day before. Cheers to "Photo Perfect Hawaii" for their outstanding service! They were the best part of our Christmas Party!

I worked with Karina Bailon to get a quote for this vendor and for communication throughout the entire process. She was very helpful and quick to respond to all of my emails with questions. I hired On The Go Photo Booths for my wedding and they did an amazing job! Everyone had fun with the photobooth and it was nice that it was big enough to fit so many people. I think a couple of the photos fit about 7 people! The price was excellent for the service we received. It was nice that they printed 2 copies of everyone's photos - a copy for the people who took the photos and a copy for the bride and groom! They also organized all of our photos into a nice big book where people could write messages in it. Also, they gave us a flash drive with video messages that people recorded for us. I would definitely like to use this company again for any future events!
