What a great, little store to purchase wine and other accompaniments for your meal at Olive Tree Cafe, right next door!Since Olive Tree is BYOB, Oliver is a convenient store to get your B! Their selections of wines are unique with several familiar ones you see at other stores. They also sell a nice variety of Ouzo!If you live the Pita Bread at Olive Tree, you can purchase the same exact ones they use. It's $7 for a bag of 10, no tax. There's a also a wide selection of cheeses, cured meats, pâtés, canned sardines and other fishes, and many other specialty items that goes with the Greek/Mediterranean theme.Overall, a nice store with many unique items. If you love Olive Tree, you can purchase many of the ingredients it uses right at Oliver. The Pita Bread were awesome! Will buy more next time!

I realized that though I have been coming here for some 15 years I have never written about it. Bad on me. Oliver's is owned by the same owner as the olive tree greek restaurant next door. It's a must to drop in and pick up a great wine for dinner to pair it with your meal. The prices are competitive and they even have glass ware in the event you forget to bring your own that day. They have some unique deli items and food as well. The staff is friendly and will always help with your selection. Though a small shop the section is great. And you can easily either have them open it or the olive tree you can enjoy a great bottle of wine with a wonderful meal. I stop by every time I'm at the Olive tree.

Perfectly located next to one of my favorite restaurants Olive Tree Cafe. Come here to get wine or cheese to go with dinner or to get more wine if you didn't have enough wine with dinner. Red wine and chilled white wine options at reasonable prices. They have some terrific ingredients and pastas from the Mediterranean region if you are looking to cook your own dinner. They do take credit card. Parking right outside in their lot or street parking.

Discovering new businesses in your own city / town is the heart of Yelp. With that in mind, I noticed this little Greek wine shop and grocery while out and about. Just by accident, I think and I never knew this place existed, had it been for the Yelp app. It is attached to the Olive Tree Café, which serves Greek cuisine and Oliver provides the wine and other assorted items.I've always liked Greek cuisine and often admired it from afar, but recently saw that there was a cute little wine store in the Kahala Mall area that seemed to be tucked away in the corner. You know you can see the Olive Tree Café when you drive by, but not so much this wine shop called Oliver. The only surprise was that the store hours were only in the evenings from 5pm to 9pm, typically for a night of festive eating at the Olive Tree Café next door or in your own home with whatever you are eating at the time. I usually hit up Tamura's Fine Wines and Liquors, but having this little pulse of paradise here at Kahala Mall would be a welcomed edition to an otherwise limited place to buy good wines. And Costco / Longs / Walmart doesn't really count, especially when supporting small business is pretty dope and awesome. I was here on a Friday evening, after a meal in Kahala Mall and took a walk around the mall. I came here and the Olive Tree Café was buzzing with life and laughter. Makes me want to join in on the fun and food, but that's for another time. I noticed Oliver and went in to check things out.Oliver itself is not a large wine store, but it carries a good assortment of wines and assorted liquors to help you enjoy your meal and even have an event over to your private residence at any time of the day or week. Some of the wine brands you see here at Oliver does not necessarily sell elsewhere, so it is cool to see other brands here than at other specialty wine shops around Oahu. The store itself is clean and the wines themselves are organized very neatly, so best bet would be to walk softly and try not to hit anything to avoid surprises. For the most part though, it was a nice surprise to discover this new wine shop at Kahala Mall. The overall experience here at Oliver was quite nice and very much casual. Not sure if they had air condition on inside the store, since I didn't really feel it while I was browsing. Best bet is to come here before dinner, so you can pick up a good bottle before heading to home or enjoying a meal at the Olive Tree Café next door. Best times to be had there. Oliver is located next to Kahala Mall shopping center and the United States Post office. If you can find the Subway and the Olive Tree Café, it's tucked away in a small non descript area, but there's a sign above the entrance to show you where it is. The store itself is clean and it does feel like you're in someone's private wine cellar, in some ways. They also sell other products, as well as beer and it serves as a small grocery store too. The casual experience here at Oliver reminds me of being at Tamura's Fine Wine and Spirits, but it's not the same. Still a good place to come and shop around, if you are in the area and would love to sample the beer and wine here, as well as try out the other offerings that this business has to offer. It was pretty cool to see cheese here, as well as other specialty products from Greece. They accept major credit cards, which is always a good thing. There is private parking here, but very limited. Best bet is to park at Kahala Mall and walk over, if parking is full. If you are like me, bus routes 1, 1L, 14, 22, 23, 24 come through the area. The olive oil is pretty awesome. I would recommend this wine shop if you are wanting an alternative than the other wine and beer places you have been going to in the past.4.0 stars for the overall experience. 4.0 stars for the service and casual vibe. Check it out!Support local!B

They have THE BEST feta cheese. Two types, one is French and it's very smooth and creamy I could eat this plain. The other is a bit more tangy and good for making salad dressings.

I've been meaning to write a review on this hidden gem in Kahala. Located next to Olive Tree near Kahala mall, this is a great place to browse through all the various wines and food items they offer. The nice man behind the counter( wish I knew his name) , is very informative and friendly, knowledgeable about the wines and cheeses. He'll also give you sliver of cheeses to taste! I'm always going into Oliver to grab a bottle of wine to go with dinner next door at Olive Tree. I wish I had more time to browse through the shelves of food items.. definitely will be back to try a different wine and maybe some cheese..

This little Wine Shop located next to the Olive Tree Cafe is absolutely fantastic. Even though it's tiny the selections of Wines and Gourmet Greek food items are amazing along with very reasonable pricing. If you enjoy Wine and love the Olive Tree (byob) like we do don't hesitate to buy your Wine from next door.

Oliver is a cool little shop next to the Olive Tree restaurant. I stop by every once in a blue moon to get some Greek oregano (on the stalk, dried) which has tremendous flavor! They also have large and small bottles of a wonderfully fragrant ouzo. Many Mediterranean goodies and ingredients - cheeses, meats and canned goods. Wine and beer to byob it next door.
